PC game cheating

during online play, some players would disconnect(esp. when they are losing) and they still get the win??? does anybody have any idea how to stop this??? please shed some ideas on this matter if you have one. i would really appreciate it if someone does...

There doesn't appear to be support for EASO this year, so the only online method for PC is IP to IP.
