I think it depends on your computer

with vista the game crashed a bit, but then I played around with the compitability settings and it's fine now

I think that he wanted to say is that NBA Livo 08 generally is compatible with Vista.

But every PC user knows, that there are some hardware, software, driver combinations that could raise problems with any software.

Personally, I haven't encountered any problems with NBA Live 08 and my Vista-System though Live 07 didn't work on my machine....

So u should be safe imo.
