Do you mean in terms of generating rookies that are too short? If so, yes it does.

In my experience this year's game only messes up PG's SG's and PF's. You see a lot of 5'9" - 5'11" PG's, and few over 6 feet (which are the most common in NBA), you see many 6'1" - 6'3" SG's, and 6'7"-6'9" PF's. In my opinion SF's are OK, raging between the usual 6'6" guy to a Garnett like 6'10" freak every once in a while, and Centers are also well implemented going from 6'10" to 7'5".

Usually I edit the rookies myself in DB Commander, so that they reflect reality, but I'm started to get a bit bored from it. I'm not a programmer, but I know someone can make a editor with a nice interface for NBA Live save files. Hopefully someone tries it.
