Post up moves - how to do in PC version?

I can't believe no one brought this up as a topic. How in the world do you do post up moves in the PC version? The videos showed an up-and-under move that was pretty nice but I can't do it. Any other new stuff in the post? I mean, the box does sa "Own the Paint. "

the real own the paint feature in the next gen version (xbox360/PS3) is not in the PC version...

Post moves are pretty much the same as last year; you can lean in/fade away by holding the left analog stick towards or away from the basket and you can shoot a hook shot by backing down your opponent. Players like Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett retain superstar moves that are performed automatically when you're in the right position.
