NBA Live 08 (PS3) questions

Hey guy's, I have been experiencing quite a few bugs on my Live 08 for PS3, now I want to know if its happing to everyone with Live 08 on PS3 or if it is just my copy.

First, is Live 08 supposed to have an intro? because mine goes straight to the "press start" page.

Did anyone else have very bad framerate issues when playing multiplayer with default settings on a hdtv? my experience with this game was very bad on an hdtv.

Is the slam dunk contest just total crap? it seems that the dunks are ugly as hell, and it cannot be executed smoothly. And when you do finish off a dunk a lot of time the ball bounces in, instead of being flushed through.

When editing players, such as the triple threat ratings of players, the thing that is supposed to be highlighting the number move over to the left or when you scroll down the highlighting thing it moves up one, highlighting the one above by one box?

sorry if you don't understand the last one, its too hard to explain with writing.

I would really appreciate it if other owners of Live 08 for PS3 answer these questions.

I have live on the 360 and I have the same issues with the slam dunk and the editing. However, the framerate is perfect on an HDtv.
