Apparently, it is possible if you play Live 08 for the Wii.

I highly question the settings of the game. Last year the default settings were messed up out of the box, so this could be possible. And I don't know how beginner level play plays now, but that's how it used to play in previous lives. You could score with anyone from anywhere if you timed it half-way correctly.

Also is there a shot control still around??? If that is set to player, then the stats do not matter as much...

Unless this has been completely messed up, there are settings that this will play out more "clanky" than what the video shows.

The game settings aside, freakish things do happen in video games just as they do in the real sport. I had Tony Parker nail a half court three against me playing the 360 demo, something that hasn't happened before or since. If it was a frequent occurrence then it would certainly be a worry.

wuts up with the back court violation to shaq before the 3rd, definitely some changed settings :-p, maybe the games's on party mode or something.

The sliders are messed though, there's no way shaq hits multiple threes, even in a crappy nba live 08 on the wii.
