we all know the Joakim Noah is not on the Bulls roster nor at the FA List but funny to say that he is part of NBA Live 08 MoCap Players.. lol..

and a question... does this kind of free agent signing occur only on next gen consoles? not on the ps2 and pc versions?

Joakim Noah is definitely on the Bulls in the 360 version. I don't recall if he was before EA's roster update, but he's certainly there now...

Yeeah, I noticed Noah is not on the Bulls or ANYWHERE in my PS2 game.

But I'm very disappointed Mike Conley Jr. is not in there either! How am I supposed to beat teams with the Grizzlies now?

also Greg Oden and Kevin Durant might be the WORST rookies..
.they are 77 and 79 overall
while Daquen Cook, Al thorton, Sean Williams, Javaris Creitton, and many others are all above 80... oh and i almost forgot... Josh McRobets is an 89 overall
Mickeal pietrus is 30 years old,
the top 25 scorers in the league are all averaging 30 points a game midway through season 1 in my dynasty, led by Nowitzkis 44
No Marco Belinelli neither...
you cant edit player rotation...
the rosters are just really screwed up

And also, NO COREY BREWER. Or is he in the game? Because I sometimes have memory loss in the game.

There's some odd discrepencies between the PS2 and Xbox 360/PS3 versions when it comes to the included rookies. I'm surprised to see Noah absent in particular since I was certain he signed with EA before the Draft and could be legally included in the game. Perhaps they'll be unlockable with codes like a few of the rookies in NBA Live 2004 were, though admittedly that method hasn't been used since then.

unlock a rookie? I mean I know exactly what youre talking about, Andrew, but really, wht the hell are they locking any of the rookie class for? If they were drafted, they should be in the game, period.

I already bought 360 version, but screw that, I'm not touching another Live until a decent one comes out.

From a licensing standpoint, it doesn't exactly work like that. The method they used in NBA Live 2004 was, as I see it, a way of including those players while still complying with the roster cutoff/licensing restrictions, which is the only reason they'd hide and lock any rookies.

I dont have an internet connection with my ps2 only my 360, but i cant use my 360 until january. Corey Brewer is in the game I think, but I dont think ill be able to get any of the roster updates if they come out for ps2. Once I get the 360 version though, I have wireless ther so it should work... also the ratings are all screwed up...

I wouldn't be surprised if similar issues affected the official roster updates as well. I'm guessing that's why Anfernee Hardaway isn't in the first roster updates for the Xbox 360 version (to name just one example), since his contract is guaranteed.
