"Game Face 2008" video.

Looks AMAZING. EA should definatly incorporate this into NBA Live!! Especially since 360 has their camera and ps3 has the PS Eye.

Technology evolves way too quickly.

Seriously though, I thought making a face map from three camera shots was a method only done by 3D pros...I mean...the faces connect almost seemlessly!

I realize it is two different teams working on these games, but there really is no reason why Live cant use the Tiger Woods create a player technology in this case. And this would be perfect for having a profile shot of your player's face instead of the shaded out one all the time.

Yes, I agree. For instance, Madden would look so much better if they used Fifa's 3D-grass.

The thing is with these features is it would be just as easy or easier to do this on the PC. Please EA bring Live on the PC back to the top like back in 2000. Remember the days when the console versions were just a scaled down version of the PC version?

this is pretty cool, the Tiger Woods games always have some nice game face features....they gotta do something like this for live.
I pretend to work. They pretend to pay me.

As far as I could see there hasn't been any major upgrades or additions to Create-a-Player this year.
