Can you guess the five teams that could be involved in this history?

Well...
If you put the cities that are mentioned in the map, and join them with lines, it gives you a big area involving five nba teams.
Cities are Toronto, Norfolk, Atlanta (Andy Hull from Manchester Orchestra was born there), Cincinnati, Davison-Michigan (home of Michael Moore).
The teams are:
Atlanta
Indiana
Detroit
Cleveland
Toronto
Nobody anwser, so there are no points.
