Time for the 1st game, which will be played! I'll be doing a mix of playing, simming, and intervining.

Chicago Bulls (0-0) @ Dallas Mavericks (0-0)

Quarter Summaries

Talk about a brick fest, well at least for the 1st half of the quarter. Nothing was falling and the game was close, until the Mavs got some reserves in and pushed to an 8-point lead. Maybe most of them them not having rings motivated them. Chicago raced, back though and the score at the end of the 1st was 22-27 Mavs. Brendan Haywood's stat line already looked finished as he had 6 and 8 by the end of 1.

The Mavs continued to shine in the 2nd, as the reserves played well, and Chicago continued to struggle shooting. The Mavs got up as much as 15, but Chi-Town roared back, cutting the lead to four. The Mavs went into the locker room with momentum, though, as The Jet nailed a deep 2 just as time expired, ending the half, 51-59, Mavs. Dirk had 9 and 4, and Rose had 8 and 6.

Jason Terry scored the 1st 10 points for Dallas in the 3rd, in 2 minutes. The Mavs seemed to have the game, up as much as 15, but can you guessed what happened again? That's right, a Bulls run. Chicago, had it as low as an 8-point deficit, but the Mavs slowed it down and a Dirk buzzer beating fader put the lead at 81-92 going into the 4th.

The 4th saw a possible turn of events, as Chicago cut the lead back to single digits. The Mavs were fierce, with offensive rebounding playing a big part in their clutch play. The dagger play was delivered by The Jet who used a Brendan Haywood screen to hit a fade away 3 over Derrick Rose and get the lead back out to 10, sealing a Mavs win 114-121
Notes: Sliders will be altered throughout the season, need to trim down scoring , will see how things go a few more games.
