Magic 1-0 vs Miami 0-1The Magic start their 2 game road trip with a loss to Miami with the score of 99-101
Heat started the game with great defence and an offencive show as Wade and Lebron combined for 12 points
to give Miami 12 to nothing lead. Dwight Howard scored Orlando's first basked from post and the Magic got
their offence running the quarter ended with score 20-29 with Heat leading.
Second quarter was an even game and the score at halftime was 44-52 Miami leading the way.
Magic came out of the half shooting very poorly only hitting 2 of 11 attempts from field and Heat grew their
lead to 15 points. But at the end of the quarter Magic heated up from beyond the arc and hit 5 straight triples
to bring Magic back to 6 point deficit.
The Magic continiued their exeptional three point shooting at the beginning of 4th quarter hitting 3 three pointers
in first 3 minutes and got their first lead of the game. After that it was an exitig point to point game. During the
last minute the Heat got a 5 point lead but a three pointer from Nelson, a block and a fastbreak dunk by Howard
tied the game with 25 seconds to play. The Heat were attacing and Wade went for a layup and got fouled by Bass, he
hit both freethrows. 9 seconds to play Magic took a time-out and called a play for Arenas to hit a three in the dying
minutes. The game started from Miami's side of the court when bass passed the ball to Arenas in top of the key, Howard
called a pick on him and Arenas got an open three point shot and made it! It was so close that the officals had
to review it and called no basket so the Heat got their first win of the season.
Wade was the player of the game with 30 points 6 rebounds and 6 steals.
Bosh had 20 points and 8 rebounds, Lebron added 15 points 6 rebounds and 7 assists.
Howard led Magic with 26 points 11 rebounds and three blocks.
Jason Richardson had 16 points, Butler added 13 points 9 rebounds and 5 assists.
