i release Tony Battie, Trenton Hassell , Kris Humphries and Chris Quinn so that i will give more playing time to Blatche, Harris and T.Williams
i sign players that doesn't request more playing time like Robert Swift and Brandon Wallace.

At the opening of the season my first game is at home. Nets vs Suns, i have a great match up between Amare And Blatche.
Amare is one of the best power forward in the league therefore blatche will be going to have a tough time in paint offensively and defensively .
But i crashed Suns Despite Nash and Amare's double-double, Douglas-Roberts score 12 off the bench and help Nets Crush Suns 101 t0 81.
A very convincing first game win at home.

2nd Game November 9 2009 (Nets vs Trail Blazers)

Another Home Game. Nets clash between Blazers, we have a great match closely contested at rebound, steals and blocks.
Marcus Camby giving me hard time in the paint not allowing Brook Lopez to have a easy shot. However Aldridge had a early Foul Trouble.
That gives Greg Oden plenty of playing time off the bench.
By the end of the 2nd quarter nets leads 51 to 46. Devin Harris having good 1st half scoring 13pnts, with 6-5 fg, 2stls and 8asts, But having 4fouls already.
The start of the 3rd quarter Portland starts the game in high note having 11-0 run, Brandon Roy is Contributing BIG TIME despite of his Bad start with 1-10fg shooting.
3rd quarter is about to finish harris stole the ball to miller having 1 on 1 fast break chance, but harris was called an offensive foul and pick up his 5th.
3rd quarter ends nets leads 78 to 73.
so i need to start my 4th quarter Keyon Dooling as my PG. Jerryd Bayless take advantage of Dooling's poor defense.
At the 8min mark of the last quarter. Bayless drives and Dooling contested Bayless layup and Took a hard fall, dooling suffers a twisted ankle.
therefore harris needs to play coz i dont have any PG. i play harris very carefully but in 2min mark harris was called charging.
i dont have any legitimate PG anymore. so i play Terrence Williams as my point.
It is a hard fought game. Roy and Camby Lift Portland to win the game 109 to 105 giving me the first lost in the season
Brandon Roy having a great 2nd half finishing 28points, 10assists and 2 steals.

At the start of the game Jason Kidd struggles to fine his range with 0-6 FG shooting but Dirk Nowitzki starts his Game In a high note with 10 points and 5 rebounds
but despite of that stats early foul trouble hits Dirk having already 2 fouls in 1st quarter. In Nets Devin Harris have 9 points and 4 assists to finish the quarter.
the game is tied at 29 in the end of 1st quarter, High Scoring game to say at least.
The 2nd Quarter starts with mavs star at the bench coz of early foul trouble, so Jason Terry try to keep the pace, But he have trouble finding his shots.
He ended 2nd Quarter with 17points 7 of 24 FG Shooting. At end of the 1st half Mavs Leads the game 57 to 56

HALF TIME PERFORMER

13 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists

At the start of 2nd half the mavs find the groove to offence and defense they only allowed nets to score 23 points while having 43 in their own.
nets struggles to keep the phase. Nets down BIG 92 to 79, Big part of the Mavs leads is the bench.
But the young nets doesn't give up and push Mavs to the limit. Jason Kidd still struggle only score 2 points with Jason Terry low shooting percentage.
Nets find the way to make a comeback and retake the game. Harris makes a heart destroying 3 points to take the lead with only 4.2 seconds left.
With a combine points of 70 Harris and Blatche catch the Mavs and win the game. 121 to 120 a very high scoring game.

My 4th straight Home game and Nets welcome Steve Francis. At the 3min mark of the 1st quarter the nets crowd chant "Francis!! Francis!! Francis!!" they are very exited to see Francis to play. Coach Lawrence Frank called a time out, nets leads 24 to 18, Coach Frank gives the fans what they wanted Steve Francis the 10year veteran enters the game. before The Franchise enter the court he give "SLY" the New Jersey Nets mascot a BIG hug. The crowd give Francis a standing ovation. Francis score 1st basket as a Nets in 1min and 21sec of the first. Nets finish the 1st quarter leading rockets 30 to 25. Yao Ming dominates inside with 9points, 2blocks and 3rebounds.
2nd quarter starts at Blatche huge Dunk over Rockets star Yao Ming. Nets Bench push their lead to double digit, leading 11 points by the end of the quarter . Rockets Ariza leads the team with 15points, Blatche leads nets with 13points. New Jersey ended the first half leading 54 to 43.


HALF TIME PERFORMER

At the start of 2nd half Yao Ming continues to struggle despite of a great 1st quarter thanks to Brook Lopez defense but Rockets finds a way to fill up Yao Ming's Absents. Aaron Brooks Step's up and help Rockets to continue to try to chase the Nets. A.Brooks score 19points and dish out 10 assists. But Nets still have the lead 78 to 70.
Rockets Heart catch nets by Aaron Brooks and1at the 7min mark of the last set, that basket ties the game in 81. Trevor Ariza lift Rockets and take the lead at 5min and 28sec mark having a fastbreak 89 to 88. Yao Ming also help Rockets with 7points in 4th quarter. However Harris and T.Williams doesn't allow Rockets to spoil Francis 1st Game as nets. Nets win 108 to 103, Nets start their season strong with 3-1 record.
