Sorry i keep starting and stoppnig dynastys but my recent portland dynasty story got deleted but, i'm going to stick with this bobcat dynasty for sure.

Gm:The face of our franchise is Reymond felton, he is our leader. We're planning on signing some player some players since we have lots of cap space, and we may make a big trade especially since okafor isn't haoppy being in charlotte. We want to have a good foundation for building a strong franchise for moving forward and that all starts with hiring the proper staff. I am really into developing players and turning them into stars with proper training, so i know i have to hire good assistants, we struggle mainly on offense because 4 of our starters can't shoot the ball well, but they're all good in defense except for Adam morrison, my assistants have to develope his defense. My main goal is to hire offensive minded assistants and maybe on defensive minded assistant and an assistant headcoach who's good with development so he can asssist my assistants in developing players, or at least boost my assistants abillities.

Training camp focus:
Gm:With one assistant we focused half and half on offense and athletics, with another assistant we focused half and half on defense and athletics and the third assistant he trained the team fully on offense, since that is our weakest area. Now its after training camp and here's a list of my favorite player improvements that should help our team win.
Omeka okafor:Improved in ball handiling, offensive awareness, inside scoring, strength and jumping
Gm:All the other players that improved were Brevin knight and players that we may not resign, now its time to train our players. I want my offensive assistants to development Reymond felton's midrange shot, so i'm going to focuse two offensive assistants on his offensive abilities, 100 percent. And i'm gonig to use my defensive assistant on Adam morrison since he struggles on defense, and i want his stealing and defensive awareness to improve.

The rookie draft:
This years rookie draft is strong, we need a Small forward, point gaurd and a center and or an offensive minded power forward or an offensive minded big man. We are scouting a late first rounder named Pete black who is a 7'1 273 pound center who has good potential, He's a poor free throw shooter, he can't steal the ball, he's a very good shot blocker, his defensive awareness is very good and his speed is average, his speed is the speed of a slow point gaurd. I like this player a lot and i'm planning on drafting him, especially if he has a good inside or midrange shot. We've offerend contracts to outside stopper Lindsey hunter and three point shooter DerMarr johnson. They both accepted the contracts, but we still lost to the indiana pacers in a blowout,. I don't know what it was, we scored 101 points to indiana's 124, Our entire starting five scored more than 10 points, but so did indiana's starting five, i think we may to work a little more on defense in the upcoming months.

We are trying to get an offensive minded big man, in an Omeka okafor trade, we really want Bargnani and then we'll make him a center if we can get him so, we offered Omeka okafor who's less expensive to toronto for Bargnani who's more expensive.
