Gm:Ok, we have a goal, our first goal is to make the playoffs in 1 to 2 years, but to do that, we have to hire the right staff. So that means Good assistant or assistants, scout, assistant head coach and a decent trainer. We want to be an all around good team, we want our centers to be good defenders, rebounders and inside scorers. I want our power forwards to be good midrange shooters and blockers. I want my shooting gaurds to be fast and good midrange and three point shooters, and finally our point gaurds must be playmakers. We'd like to get a shooting coach, a gaurd coach and a big man or defensive coach.

coach:Will you make any trades?

Gm:Maybe, i don't know about during the season but i'll probably wait until the offseason.

Coach:What kind of players are you going to draft?

Gm:I'd like to get a center, a point gaurd and or a three point shooting small forward to spread the defense. If we can get a three point shooting small forward then, we'll trade for one. I like peje stoyakovic. Now lets hire our staff members.

Gm:I want Brandon roy to be a good three point shooter, i want jack to be a great defender and i want aldridge to be very strong so that he can box out players like Dwight howard, Tim dunacn and Yao ming. I'm planing on making a trade for Zydrunas ilgauskas involving Juan dixon and Jamal mcglouire.

Scouting report:This is an average draft so we'll only be drafting one player this year, we're scouting a 6'8 239, 19 year old power forward with good potential in the top 20. I'm hoping that he has good awareness in defense and can offensive rebound. There's no doubt that we can get him if we struggle this season, we'll probably be in the top twenty because we're a young inexperienced team. We're not going to win now but we will in the future.
