Finally getting the Suns 09-10 season underway and wanted to introduce my latest contest called, "MAD DOG MAYHEM"

RULESThe MissionSimilar to my previous Rockets, "Jumbo Mutombo Contest" the goal is simple: accumulate as many points as possible before the end of the regular season. Contestant with the highest earned point total wins (there is no way to "lose" points once earned)
How To PlayI'll be doing weekly recaps through the end of the regular season (as opposed to game-to-game). But before each week's results, I will post the games that will be played listed like this:
(example) Week 7 (Green - Home; Blue - Away)
All you need to do is post your picks:
Two (2) Suns' players names AND;
A "Mad Dog Mayhem" number (see below)
(ex: "Nash, J-Rich, 9" or "Stoudemire, Hill, 13")
You must post picks
BEFORE the week's results are posted (picks listed after I post actual game results will carry over to the following week)
For EACH game you earn points when either (or both) of your players achieve the following:
Player of the Game: 5 points
High Scorer (for Suns only): 5 points
Highest FG percentage (again, for Suns only): 15 points
All three categories met: an additional +5 points
I will post boxscore and contest results for each game and points are awarded on a per player, per game basis. If for example, your week's picks were Nash and J-Rich and they tied as "High Scorer" playing against Golden State with 24 a piece; then 10 total points would be earned for that category/for that game, and totaled with any other points earned during the week.
Choose your 2 players wisely; your players will carry over as your picks for each game for the entire week. If one or both of your player gets injured during the first game of a 4 game week and becomes "inactive" that's BAAAD news for you since you can't pick new players til the next week!
The X-Factor: MAD DOG MAYHEMAs goofy as he is, Mark "Mad Dog" Madsen was brought on for one purpose and one purpose only - to wreck HAVOC anytime he steps on the court; but he will also play a major role in the outcome of this contest.
Because of his devil-may-care tenacity, Mad Dog Madsen's going to hit people, and he's going to collect fouls. A lot of them. Your task is to guess just how many fouls Madsen will accumulate over the entire week. The success of your guess will depend on the number of games scheduled during that week; your accuracy will determine the contest points (if any) you accumulate.
Per game, Mad Dog can receive anywhere from 0 to 6 fouls. If two games are on schedule for the week, logically your guess should be anywhere from 0 to 12; three games, Madsen could collect up to 18 fouls; if four games were on schedule, he could theoretically reach 24 fouls, etc.
You'll earn points depending on the accuracy of your guess as follows:
Exact Match: 25 points
+/- 2: 10 points
+/- 4: 5 points
Example: 3 games are scheduled for the week (a possible total of 18 fouls) and say you picked: 8
If the actual results ended up being 8 total fouls for the week, you collect a massive
25 points!If the actual foul count was close, within 2 of your guess (say 7 or 10), you'd earn 10 points;
If the actual foul count was within 4 points (say 4 or 11), you'd earn 5 points;
If Madsen was on best behavior and only collected 3 fouls total for the week, no points would be awarded
If in the event Mad Dog gets injured and does not play for a spell, no "Mayhem" points will be awarded for the week (however, Player of the Game, High Scorer and Best FG% still earn points as usual); I'll make sure to notifying you if/when this applys.
Leader BoardI'll manage contestant's points totaled and the Leader Board as best as possible; but if it gets out of hand tallying all individual totals, I may just ask you to total your own earned points for the week and include it with your picks for the following week, so I can add them to your overall score on the Leader Board. Anyway, we'll see how it goes
The PrizeHaven't really decide yet but it may be either or future roster spot (ala Martti this season from the "Jumbo Mutombo Contest") or I'm considering a 'top 10' position in next year's draft; will decide when that time comes

i'll give it my best man but still plan on keeping it simple as poss; first things first is just trying to get a working/stable dynasty started in the proper year; so far it's giving me nothing but headaches
