Gomez looking good in debut game with the Rockets

Houston, TX - The season was very much hyped for because the Rockets have finally formed a 'big three'. It could be a copy of what Boston did, which after did win the championship last year, so everyone is very hyped about the arrival of Ron Artest. The only thing that scares the fans is that he might end up in jail with his behavior. Now, the beginning of the season, we were hit by a injury of Kyle Lowry that played the only three minutes and was hit by a season ending surgery. It looks like getting Gomez as a backup point guard was a good choice for the Rockets.

Yao had a big night on the season opener, and had 26 points! Yao said, "Well the ball just kept on swishing for me, I was hot and Adelmen saw it, so he kept me in longer and I ended up scoring a ton of them. I just wish I could have gotten a double double, but I missed that by two rebounds." T-Mac performed well with 21 points and the same amount of boards as Yao. Last but not least, Ron Ron. He did not do that well on the offense, he was never known for his offense, and scored 11 points but did well on the defensive end and held Kevin Martin to 15 points!

Luis Scola played terrible and went for 1-on-9 shooting, he seemed like he just came to the team even though he has been playing with this team for a year. Morey says he might just trade him because he has been playing like this since the summer conditioning.

Because of the Lowry injury, Adelmen was about to sub Brooks. But Brooks already played a whopping 26 minutes, and just went on the bench. He decided to take a chance on the 19 year old. He came up with an amazing 7 points, 4 rebounds, and 8 assists! Now Adelmen might consider playing him more than brooks since Brooks, a starter than played 31 minutes, only scored 11 points, grabbed 3 boards, and dished out 5 assists while Gomez did that easily in 17 minutes of play. Another mention is Brent Barry, the son of Rick, he scored 9 points in 3 minutes. He sure inhered his father's talent! Barry is known for a good three point shooter, and showed it in 3 minutes of play! Maybe Adelmen should change his lineup a bit?

Yeah I am going to trade Luis Scola for Yi Jianlian, unite the two decent chinese players in the league. Luis Scola just doesn't work for me.

Gomez is the only one that I'm training in my association, everyone else doesn't get practice time.
