Conley for Jerryd Bayless (N) - You could get so much better.
Warrick for Tyrus Thomas :? Both equally good, why the need to change?

I reckon you should get a true center. And your bench is pretty  so see what you can do with this scrub team.

last time I checked, Marc Gasol was a good, true centre :?

I like Lowry more than Conley....although I would suggest you try to pick up a 2nd Round pick in the deal....

I'd agree that Warrick for Thomas is similar, but Ty is younger & cyclone probably wants him, so may as well....doesn't necessarily help the team though....

Thank you for the feedback guys.

1) I like Bayless because he has a better outside shooting percentage than Conley. I am not sure if this is true
in real life.

2) Tyrus because he is young, athletic and I could finish down low in the paint with a dunk.

3) Marc Gasol is doing really great at Center. In fact he is the leading candidate for the rookie of the year.
Probably Marc will become a solid ligitimate center in 2 to 3 seasons because I am developing his defense
and inside game.
4) Honestly I am a bit hesitant in trading and improving my bench because this might affect my Team's chemistry.
Currently all my player's rating are raising because they are all happy with their roles and playing time. In fact my lowest
rated player is Crittenton with 77 and the rest all 79 and above. But I am considering on trading for Azubuike or Belinelli
for Q. Ross, Crittenton or Buckner. I hope this is realistic and will benefit both teams.

5) I want to get rid of Walker, Milicic and Jaric so that I can clear up a lot of cap space in the offseason to sign in Boozer
or in the 2010 offseason to sign Bosh. Probably I could develop Haddadi as back up center or I could draft a Center.

Any suggestion guys on a possible trade for Walker, Milicic and Jaric???/ But of course I want a fair and realistic deal.

Yes Marc Gasol is doing a great job in my association. He is defending well and scoring well inside.

Personally yes I like more Lowry than Conley.

Currently Guys my record is 13 - 8

I was demolished by the Lakers and Clippers and Indiana won by a buzzer beater 3 pts shot by Granger 50-51.(too bad)

I am planning to go these trades guys. I need your expert and honest opinion on these trade. I want a trade that is fair and realistic.

1) the Bulls offered Tyrus Thomas and 2nd pick for
Warrick.
2) I will package Conley and Lowry for Portland's Rudy
Fernandez and Jerryd Bayless.
3) the Bulls also offered Nocione for Walker

1) Fair.
2) See my other post. Can't blame you for wanting to do it, as Rudy is good.
3) Obviously Bulls doing it as a salary saving strategy.

May i suggest a trade that is already being talked about in real life, send Conley and Warrick to the blazers for Travis Outlaw and Sergio.

In return you would be getting an athletic swingman who can shoot the ball and a great passing uptempo point guard.

Thank you for the comments Guys.

I think the blazers can make use of Conley and same with Memphis in Rudy. So I continue with the trade.

And now Jaric is very unpleased with the changes because Rudy is now getting a lot of minutes coming of the bench. Jaric is asking for a trade coming this of season. Any suggestion please????? and probably I will be losing also Warrick in the free agency. Hopefully I could get a decent PF in the draft. I don't want to get really good players in free agency because most of them are very demanding for a good role and ample playing time because probably I am sticking on my starting 5 (bayless, Mayo, Gay, Arthur,Gasol). Arthur is repleacable when hopefully I could sign Boozer or Bosh.

I am now in the conference finals against LA Lakers.
I am really struggling 2 - 3 due to matchup problem because Bynum, Gasol and Bryant are just too good for Marc Gasol, Arthur and Mayo.

What a coincidence? Boston is now waiting in the Finals (Celtics defeated Heat 4 - 2). If the Lakers finished me off tonight then its a rematch of last years NBA Finals.

By the way, Marc Gasol won the rookie of the year in favor of Beasley. Wade won the MVP award.

Finally I am now in the NBA Finals. I defeated the Lakers in game 7. the 2 games were very close Game 6 71-69 OT , Game 7 55 - 54. I just got lucky in game 7 because Pau missed a 15 ft jumper as time expire.

In the NBA Finals I am 1- 2 for the Celtics, I barely won game 1 50 - 47, but in games 2 and 3 the Celtics won by a blowout with an average of 15 pts lead. How terrible!

I tried lowering the help defense and Defensive awareness to 0 and it really works. Players now tend to help in defense only that I am not that lucky because everytime Garnett post, Rondo, Pierce and Allen tries to drive there is always an open guy to shoot the 3s either Allen or Pierce. That is why in Game 2 and 3 was a blowout.

GAME 4 NBA Finals Recap : Celtics defeated Memphis 60 - 59 OT

In the last 12.8 secs remaining the score is tied at 50. I had a crucial turnover a bad pass by Bayless to the driving Gay. The pass was intercepted by Allen and forces the overtime.

In OT, Gay and Bayless fouled out early. The game was very close until the end. With 6.8 secs remaining, on a screen set-up by Gasol, Mayo drove to hoop and was a called a charging foul on Pierce. Too bad 2 crucial Turnovers in the dying seconds that caused me game 4 and down 1 - 3 in the series.

Pierce was player on the game with 18 pts, 5 rebs and 7 assist

Thank you "The X" for your comment.

I agree with you. Probabaly I will be busy this of season but I want to keep intact Bayless, Mayo, Gay, Arthur, Gasol and Fernandez.

Most probably I will get a good or decent PF. Hopefully I won't encounter any issues with my team chemistry, role and playing time demands.

But hey!! the series isn't over yet. I will just take 1 game at a time. Hopefully Gay, Mayo and Gasol will respond.

sorry, thought it was best of 5 series & season was over....although you've got a big mountain to climb, don't think any team has ever come back from 3-1 down in the Finals before....

Thank you "The X" for your comment.

Yes thats my big challenge now to overcome and go against history.
Honestly I am really doubtful if I can overcome this because Ray Allen has really found his range. Garnet was just a monster on defense inside. and Pierce was consistently playing well all around.

Thanks "Fresh".

Defensively Garnett has been blocking shots inside and has been dominantly rebounding.

The worst thing, Cassel, House and Powe is good coming of the bench.

MEMPHIS FALLS in GAME 7 71-73!!!!!!!!

Memphis was able to force a game 7 by winning Game 5 60 - 51 and Game 6 50-52.

In Game 7, Memphis was leading most of the game but the biggest lead was only 5 points. Memphis was leading 5 points going into final 3 minutes of the game when suddenly Memphis offense collapses and went on scoreless in the last two minutes which gives Celtics a 3 point lead. The game was very intense, I do not know if the crowd affects how Boston plays because Boston's crowd was so wild in the last 3 minutes. Finally I was able to score on a kick out pass by Gay to Mayo for 12 ft jumper. Then Pierce drove and was block by Gasol but the ball landed to Perkins and he pass it on the open Garnett for a 15ft Jumper with 28 sec remaining. Memphis calls a timeout. On the inbound play, Bayless was wide open for a 3 due to the screens set up by Gasol and Gay. The Game was tide 71 with 26 secs remaining and Boston calls a time out. Pierce uses time and in the last 10 sec drives to the hoop and kick out the ball again to Garnett for a jumper. With 5.8 secs remaining Memphis calls a timeout. On a screen by Gasol, Gay drove the hoop but misses the layup that could have send the game into overtime.

Garnett was the player of the game with 22 pts. 8 rebs, 5 assist, 3 blocks and he was the Finals MVP.

im running a Grizz franchise aswell. This is a fun Chise to run. Alot of different areas to address.

1. Antoine Walker
2. Darko
3. Greg Buckner.

Lets handle the Darko problem: He is very easy to handle, keep him as a role player. Cause Haddai, spelling, is comfortable at being a bench rider.

Greg Buckner and Antoine try a trade with Portland for La Frenz he only has one year left on a 11.0 million contract. trade then waive him.
There are some very young free agents that could help this team. As suppose to older guys that take up bench space and eat up cap money.

I have Damon Jones who affects the team chemistry. I have him on trading block but the only good trade is for Adrian Griffin. Maybe I pull it, all for the chemistry
