Looking forward to this one....one query though, if you're playing 29 game seasons, to me a 3-3-3-3 format seems to align better....just a thought though....will be watching nevertheless, & hoping David Lee gets good court time (Y)

Thanks X, right now I'm making some real draftees before the season starts. I like the 3 game series. I just decided to go for the 7 game series to make up for the fact that I'm only playing 29 games.

We'll see.

Right now, not sure what to do about Marbury. I've been playing without him. He's only got 1 more year on his contract. Any Knicks fans out there help me out.

I've got to admit I've never read a coco dynasty before so I will definitely keep tabs on this one! :)

As for Starbury, I think you should waive him.

Holy shit I didn't even realize this was a cocobee dynasty the first time I looked at it. Going to be high expectations of this association already.

Appreciate it, I'd like to get something(anything) for Marbury--after all he's still a decent NBA player -albeit a cancer.

LOL, you started it bro! It should be a fun season. Can't wait for the patches to come out for this game. Did you get the PC version?

If you want to get something for Marbury, I think you should play him off the bench. Perhaps you can trade him somewhere. I just can't think where off the top of my head. :P You could always trade for Lamar Odom. :P

Oh snap, cocobee has an association. Every association story in this section needs to step up bigtime now.

I'm pretty sure it's been moved to Dynasty Hall of Fame....

anyways, on topic of Marbury, it kind of depends on what direction you want the Knicks to go....are you opening up cap space like real life Knicks? in that case, you can release him or just let him play out the season....if you are not going to give him minutes, it might just be worth releasing him just so he doesn't drag team chemistry down....

if you're looking to improve now, package him with undesirable & try to get another piece & whatever you can....I'm sure the game won't be as hard as real life, as he's got decent ratings....

Oh oh oh, getting it done with the Knicks. Good luck, I expect you to run and gun, cuz imo the Knicks have no D (even in 2k9).

Minneapolis,MN (AP) - The Knicks started the season with a new coach and general manager that promised to shake things up. There first game was versus the Timberwolves and it looked like ti would present a good test for these new-ish Knicks. The game was close till the Knicks got cold in the fourth quarter and could not recover. The T-Wolves depended on a strong inside game by Al Jefferson. The Knicks had no answer for the big guy in the middle. When asked why Marbury played as much as he did, D'Antoni answered "we needed scoring, he provided it. The media is making this a Knicks versus Stephen, but it's not. It's about the Knicks winning games...we did not do that tonight" When asked if he would stick with the same line-up, D'Antoni answered "we will put the players on the floor that will give us the best chance at winning". When asked about his new role coming off the bench, Marbury answered" it is what it is, I'm still a Knick right?" Disgruntled Curry played as well and made an immediate impact inside going for a perfect 4-4 on the field. The Knicks will host the Clippers next week at Madison Square Garden.

Very nice presentation. Man, Big Al was a beast, but playing low-post D is one of th hardest parts of the game.

Good luck against the Clips. (Y)

Thanks bro, what is the button for automatic double team? I kept having to control the person coming in for help. But Jefferson would burn me by passing it out to wide open Foye for 3. Yea, Needless to say I'm still learning the game.

Yeah, I've been debating what direction. Marbury is one hell of a talent. I decided to use him and curry off the bench for now. But playing as Marbury in the game is awesome, he can get to the hole (like real life). Sometimes I'll need that scorer to step up and right now he seems to be my best option. I hope his ttitude will get better. Not saying that he's still not on the trading block. I'm still shopping Curry and Marbury around.

Oh snap, cocobee has an association. Every association story in this section needs to step up bigtime now.

Thanks man. I just hope people enjoy it.

Eddy Curry + Starbury for Amare

LOL, not sure if that would be a realistic trade since the Suns would be nothing without Amare. But, I'll see if they bite and write a twist. I'm more looking for younger talent and maybe some future draft picks. Thanks for the input.

Oh oh oh, getting it done with the Knicks. Good luck, I expect you to run and gun, cuz imo the Knicks have no D (even in 2k9).

LOL, I haven't had a game over 100 yet!!! I put D'Antoni's offense to shame!

Appreciate the feedback fellas!

LOL! maybe, but I can honestly say I didn't lose this game because Marbury. It was my lack of interior defense.

whatever happens u better not trade Jamal Crawford

No doubt, I want to keep Crawford.

Loving it Coco, great to see you back in the business, not trying to be cheesy but your dynastys back in the day were one of the reasons I put so much effort into my dynastys.

I look forward to see what you brign to the table this time round (Y)
