I promise everyone that from now I will do my best, and this dynasty will last, its just there are a lot of things happening back home, plus we are moving to another house. I would like to apologize to all of you, especially to the ones I made nervous. I admit it, my recaps were lame and I didn't put a lot of effort, but the first game is soon and I hope it will be an improvement

What do you think what rating Roy deserves and what rating Batum deserves? I personally think I overrated Batum. And underrated Roy?

TRAINING SUPRISE
The whole team was ready to begin the practice one day before the game against Miami. But then, coach McMillan suprised everyone. He took the team to a Urban court to play against street ballers. That was their practice. Street Ballers are underrated but they can actually play really good. So coach McMillan sat on the floor with some guys and said that every player has to find a way to play. There were 2 courts so that could happen. And street ball is played on only 1 Basket. 1st to make the move was Roy. He asked a boy:"Who of those guys plays the best. The boy pointed on a player that looked very much like Dajuan Wagner. He said his nickname was "Gamble". Roy went to the guy and challenged him to a 1 on 1 game. Gable accepted of course. Roy thought it would be a piece a cake, but the guy owned him. So after 2 minutes it was 6-2. Roy then really gave his best, but "Gamble" was playing with him. At the end Roy stoled some balls but Gamble finished with dunking right ON Roy's back to win 11-6. They shook hands and both went their sides. Roy was deeply shocked.-"I'm an NBA star and a kid owns me"-he thought. While the rest of the team ruled the courts, Roy wanted to be alone, so he said that he has a headache as a excuse and went home with his head down. In the meanwhile the rest of the team was that good that Greg, LaMarcus and Jared played against 6 other guys, each one of them was double teamed but they were owning their buts. Then Outlaw and Jared had a bet. Outlaw was sure that Jared can't do a windmill so he challenged him in a very big amount, 7$!!!! Jared said he doesn't have that much money but after he loaned money from 6 teammates he was able to bet. So Jared started. The bet was that Jared does a windmill inside 3 tries. First try he jump of 2-feet and misses by a mile. The whole team starts to Roll with laughter. 2nd try he jumps of 1-foot and ALMOST tries to dunk it. Outlaws face looks worried, he could lose 7$!!!. Jared comes confident in his 3rd try he jumps of 2-feet and..............To be continued

lol, you JUST started a Suns dynasty... your already changing? And why is Nicolas Batum rated that high? Also I highly doubt Outlaw would care if he lost 7 dollars, he's an NBA player.

Yes but the suns dynasty is on my PS2 so no photos.
Batum's ratings are already lowered. The 7$ story is a joke Toyota Chaser

THE BET
As some of you know, Jared and Outlaw have a bet. If Jared pulls of a windmill inside 3 tries, he gets 7$. But on the other side, if he misses, he looses 7$. He already missed on his first 2 tries. What will happen next?
Will Jared find a way to windmill the ball in, I don't think that he has the hops to do it. But lets see what happens
Urban court-that day
Its Jareds 3rd try, the whole court is looking at him, but he doesn't give a crap. Its just him and the ball. He doesn't care what the people around him are talking about. This bet isn't about the money...Its about self respect,oh ok and the money. Jared is concentrated. He goes...jumps but he didn't jump him enough...WAIT...Jared farts....The whole court except Outlaw blacks out and he is goin up...an up...an HE DUNKS THE FREAKING WINDMILL. The whole court is on fire...oh.actually everyone is blacked out. But Outlaw is, he was just speechless, not because of the dunk, but the fart paralyzed his face. After a few minutes the team started waking up. Jared took them to the hospital and they had freaking air poisoning. Their game tomorrow is on a ????????

This dynasty is an abomination. The story is poorly written and without the use of size 14 fonts of line breaks, is a pain to read. The Heat Roy picture is stupid. It is completely devoid of anything unique to make it worth reading and overall, just a poor effort. Based on your record though, I'm sure this will only last a couple days anyway.
Good luck with this though. Maybe you can sway my opinion.

You need to do many things better in order to present a "good" dynasty. So far this is just a sloppy thread with no sense at all. You should give us reports, scores and recaps.
You are not the first guy to start dynasties again and again, but none of them ever came into a rhythm so you might do us a favour and stop posting this senseless threads or just take it serious and turn things around.
I just cant take it how poorly the Dynasty section is developing. Tough to find cool stories like in the recent years

PLENTY OF WORK TO DO
Portland at Miami
POR--22-31-24-30/=
117
MIA--39-21-15-25/=
110
It was only because of Oden that we won tonight. He had a Camby performance and suprised everyone, including himself. Tonight he proved why he was the No.1 Pick in the 2007 Draft. He finished with 27 points, but here is the good part, he had 22 rebounds and 10 blocks. His Incredible performance was awarded with the POG praise. Some other players of the Blazers shined too. There was Bayless with 20 points and 8 rebounds, and some disappointed, like Roy. He had 14 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists but was constantly outplayed by Wade. he had 33 points, 4 rebounds and 2 steals that went great with fellow guard Williams who finished with 36 points, 7 assists and 4 steals. The game itself was really competitive. First quarter was dominated by the Heat, as they created and 18 point lead. But it was not all that bad. The guys were working together but just couldn't with the rhythm. 1st half finished with 50-43 for the Heat. in the second half the Odenization begun. He was great defensively and offensively. his hard work was they key to victory. Eventually, Miami started making mistakes and lost the game. But...other Blazers have to work too, we can't depend on one player. Next preseason game is against Boston

WAFER RELEASED
Von Wafer,23, was released earlier today. He never found himself in the NBA, or the Blazers. At 6'5, and 210 lbs Wafer wasn't really strong, he didn't play at all in the NBA. He got maybe 3 minutes per game. Wafer has talent, that is unquestionable, but he can't use it, he has a bad shot selection. And his career high is 11 points, 5 rebounds. In his 4th NBA season we wish him luck and hopefully he will find a new team. This adds a roster space which will be used soon.
Press Conference
Q: Mr. Wafer will you now go to Europe like most waived players or try to get in an NBA team?
A: I honestly don't know at the moment. Time will tell I guess.
Q: How would you describe your time in Portland?
A: Well I had a great time with the team, they are all great guys, but I rarely played
Q: Did the non-playing affected your game?
A: Surely it has, and because of that now I will go to a team in which i get playing time.
Q: Do you have any harsh feeling for the Blazers waiving you?
A: no surely i don't. Its all bussines.
