Make changes and make it now

Rumor swirls around the league that Kobe wants to be out of the Lakers organization, "If they wont make any changes just trade me already" Kobe Bryant stated. The Lakers are indeed needs pieces for the championship puzzle. "We're doing our best on seeking trades and waiting for proposals" Kupchak said. "All we ask is that Kobe to be patient and just wait as the off-season progresses" he added. "I'll talk to him" Phil Jackson stated. "I think Kobe is just hungry for a championship ring, we will work hard to bring him one" Phil added, we'll see what will happen as the off-season progresses so stay tuned and dont touch the remote control.

Dr. Kupchak made three surgeries a success

The Lakers organization announced today the acquisition of Derek Fisher, Pau Gasol and Trevor Ariza, "We did what Kobe wanted" Mitch Kupchak said, the Lakers acquired Derek Fisher from the Free Agency to whom will reunite with Kobe and indeed will bring them leadership on their backcourt, acquired the defensive swingman Trevor Ariza by sending both Brian Cook and Maurice Evans to Orlando, and got the services of the Spanish superstar Pau Gasol in a block buster deal by signing and trading Aaron McKie together with Kwame Brown, Javaris Crittenton and the draft rights to Marc Gasol going to the Grizzlies, the Lakers also signed DJ Mbenga for the rest of the season.

"I personally called Kobe and he seems to be happy." Kupchak added, "In my opinion we have the best first, second or even our third unit is good." Phil Jackson said "Can you imagine we have Lamar as our 4th option offensively" Jackson added. The Lakers' roster now stands at 14, and it looks like Lakers fans will now stop cursing Mitch Kupchak after almost murdering him with unmanly words after he traded Shaq away and trading Caron Butler for Kwa-may Brown, as Stephen A Smith said "A bonafide Scrub".

Lakers Bound Ship to The Philippines

Image

NBA Commissioner David Stern announced today that the Los Angeles Lakers together with the Boston Celtics, Toronto Raptors, and the Minnesotta Timberwolves will go abroad and fly to The Philippines for the up and coming NBA Preseason tune up games, "We're basically bringing the NBA to the fans overseas" Stern said, "Since some of the fans would like to see their idols personally, we came up with this idea." he added.

"I'm excited" Kobe stated. "I want to see how will we play against other teams, and i've heared beaches there are awesome" Kobe added. "I think this would help my players gel and know each other very well" Phil Jackson said. Will the Lakers gel as a team now that they have new faces on their roster. We'll see in the up coming Preseason tourney.

Haha awesome! Bringing them to the Philippines! Won't you need the actual Araneta Coliseum to make this realistic? (If you plan to recap preseason games)

Nice game. I really like the layout of your recap, those links are awesome.
Maybe try to write the recap a bit bigger, my nose was touching the screen while I read it.

Good luck against the Celtics.
