I'm interested in the challenge.

Good front-court and decent bench support.

I think Boston is the best team. Then comes Utah and Phoenix.

Shaquille named captain of the team, Hinrich and Gary co-captains

ImageImageImage
76ers Association announced today afternoon, that this year´s captain will be Shaq O´neal.
There will be also 2 co-captains: Kirk Hinrich and Gary Payton.
Shaq was happy about it, but we couldn´t get any comments from him.

If there will be at least 3 players, PRA Challenge will start this week. Schedule and roster are up, you can make your picks(rookies 2x). If you have any related question you can just ask me

You pick one player(you can pick same player only ONCE a season) every day I play, you´ll get ppoints from them adding points+rebounds+assists(P+R+A=PRA), you´ll get from rookies double points.

For example:
nov 3 pick: Zydrunas Ilgauskas
nov 5 pick: Al Harrington
nov 6 pick: Tracy McGrady

nov 3: Carlos Boozer (philladelphia)
nov 5: Kobe Bryant (boston)
nov 6: Carmelo Anthony (houston)

those are my candidates

Player analyses and predictions for the season:

Shaquille O´neal: Great blocker and rebounder, hard not be in foul trouble, had an off night, but he´s still great. Predictions: 16 pts, 10 rebs, 3 blks
Carlos Boozer: Finally found out how to shoot( had big problems with shooting, when I played friendly matches with Chicago and some team). Gonna be team´s leader, probably gonna take most shots, big rebounder also. Predictions: 20 pts, 12 rebs, 3 ast
Peja Stojakovic: Amazing shooter, just amazing, probably gonna be our team´s clutch shooter. Doesn´t do very much else, but fits for the team well. Predictions: 12 pts, 2,5 3-pointer per game, 5 rebs, 2 assists.
Mickael Pietrus: Had an amazing night against Sonics, great shooter, also great defender. Probably not gonna get that muc PT as other starters. Predictions: 9 pts, 4 rebs, 3 assists, 1,5 3-pointer per game.
Kirk Hinrich: Fits for the team, isn´t gonna shoot much, main role is to pass the ball, does it very well. Also good shooter. Had problems with defence in preseason. Predictions: 10 pts, 4 rebs, 8 ast, 2 steals.

Martell Webster: Great player off the bench, good shooter, young player - will get more minutes in the future. Could use for both SG and SF. Predictions: 8pts, 1 3-pointer per game, 2 rebs, 2 assists.
Gary Payton: Mentor for other young players, gonna be substitution for Kirk, also gonna miss first 2 games of the season, because he hasn´t find the right form yet. Good passer and great stealer, fast. Predictions: 6 pts, 5 assists, 1 steal
Troy Murphy: Has an amazing preseason, excpect last game against Sonics, really steppin up with he´s shooting. Shoots a lot, but shoots well, also grabs rebs good. Predictions: 11pts, 6 rebs, 2 assists, a 3-pointer per game
Marquis Daniels: Decent on both ends of the floor. Had good game against Sonics. Shoots nicely, can dunk, what else? Just good bench support. Predictions: 5 pts, 2 rebs
Glen Davis: Top rookie for the team, VERY BIG, would make a good pair with Shaq, just like Shaq often has foul trouble. Had good preseason, but probably won´t get that much minutes as he got from preseason. Predictions: 5 pts, 4 rebs
David Harrison: WOW! Just WOW! Has really stepped up along with Troy, gonna be awsome rebounder/blocker, really underrated. Will get some good minutes. Having also often foul trouble( even with short minutes). Predictions: 5 pts, 6 rebs, 2 blks
Jannero Pargo: Decent shooter and passer, fast, if plays SG, little undersized, so probably play more PG(if he´s gonna get some playing time). Predictions: 1,5 points, 0,5steals and a dime

Aaron Brooks: Rookie, very fast, has some nice skills, but probably this season won´t get much PT, only if any injuries or in the end of the season. Predictions: 1 point, 1 dime

Team predictions:

Record: 50-32

(everything is per game)
Points: 110pts
Opponents points: 105pts
Rebounds: 42 rebs
Opp. rebs: 39 rebs
Assists: 23 assists
Opp. assists: 19 assists
Blocks: 12 blocks
Opp. blocks: 12 blocks
Steals: 15 steals
Opp. steals: 14 steals
Turnovers: 24 turnovers
Opp. turnovers: 27 turnovers
Style: Offensive-minded
2nd in Division, behind Boston; 4th in Eastern Conference; 7th overall
PO: Advance to the 2nd round, but then will lose 4-2, Utah will win Boston in the Finals 4-3

This season: Have to make team chemistry good, titles come after 3 years, teach and train rooks and other youngs, probably not gonna make any trades(although signings are possible).
