Overview

Season Setup
6 team round robin style setup, play each team once.
4 teams make the playoffs which are single elimination.
CPU Controlled Fantasy Draft. I will use w/e team the computer drafts for me.
Randomized Draft Order.

Garnett's Gladiator's looks pretty sweet, except for the presence of Anthony and Martin. Marion's Madmen is probably my fav team there, but I'm thinking that Artest's Anarchy looks like the strongest of the bunch.

Thanks for the comments, here is the first game update. Yea the presentation sucks, but idc really, I'm having fun playing.


Game Summary

It got ugly quick, the Gladiators went down early by a score of 18 to 3 but managed to keep the first quarter close enough to stay in the game. The 2nd and 3rd quarters didn't yield much help. In the 4th they managed to cut the lead down to 4, but it was too little, too late. After intentionally fouling in the last minute, the Anarchy's 100% free throw shooting proved to be too much as the Gladiators lost by 10.

What did I tell you about Artest's Anarchy? My money's on them for best record in the league.

Yea, they got me, that first quarter absolutely killed me in that game.


Game Summary

Rebounding from their opening game loss, the Gladiators snuck past the Lasers in the 2nd game of the season. After starting off cold in the first half, starter Tracy McGrady was benched until the end of the 3rd Quarter. But with a chip on his shoulder, and his team down going into the 4th, T-Mac came to the rescue. 30 of his 42 total points came in the 4th quarter including 8 three pointers. Every shot he took went in, and when it didn't, he found a scoring opportunity off his own rebound (see POTG). Garnett stayed consistent throughout the game and ended with 20 points. Also Carlos Boozer came in off the bench and went 5-5 with 3 alley-oops.

On the other side of the court, Dwayne Wade couldn't hit a shot, luckily Yao was able to scoop up most of his misses and score off the o-boards. Lebron also had a cold night making only 6 shots and not making a 3 pointer. Arenas himself kept the Lasers in the game, but he could not finish the job by himself as they lost by 10.

no idea, and no since i didnt do any actual teams.dbf editing, so all the teams show up as Boston, Atlanta,ect.

Again, I played it last night, so I kinda forget. I do remember Kerr saying something along the lines "They have been riding on his shoulders all season" about T-Mac.

Game Summary

Dayum, Garnett went off. The Gladiators got a quick lead in the first half and never looked back with a historic performance from Garnett. Also, with this win the Gladiators propelled themselves into the 4 team playoffs. Results from the end of the Round Robin Tournament in the next update.

shit, i know what happened. When i went to save it after that last game I pressed load instead of save so I lost to quadruple double game from KG. So I simulated it when I loaded it up again.

Another blow out. It was a lot of fun to play though with a lot of sick plays. I got everyone in the game this time, but Boozer just refused to score.....

So next up are the Lasers for the championship. Kinda lackluster I know but I wasn't really putting too much into this dynasty as is.
