Nice start, if your not gonna start Dre you had better trade him, IMO Boykins is a better 6th man as he provides a great scoring boost off the bench(Y)

Good start, if you trade Miller you should look for a 2-guard that can shoot.

6th November, 2005

"Melo out of city! Melo out of city! Melo out of city!"
This is the words of fans of Nuggets that followed the first game of the season. Hard loss for Nuggets at Oakland, when the Warriors of Baron Davis and Jason Richardson beat Denver of Kenyon Martin and Carmelo Anthony. But are this Nuggets of Carmelo too? This is the question of the thousands of fans.
Melo scores 15 points, with 5 rebounds and 3 assists, but with 1/7 from downtown.
But this 6th November is to forget for all Nuggets. Boykins realized 3 points, with 0 assist and 1/9 from the field, Buckner 4 points and 1 rebound, Andre Miller 2 points and 1 assist, Camby 6 points and 7 rebounds. The saved are Kenyon Martin, with 21 rebounds, even he make 5/14, Nene and D.Johnson from the bench, with 10 points and 6 rebounds and 11 points with 3/5 from 3 points.
Golden State with J.Richardson (24+5) and Baron Davis (22+2) starts with a 7-0, then Nuggets reach the 18-11 at the end of first period, but in the third period D.Fisher from the bench close the game with two three pointers. The fourth quarter is only garbage time.

TimHenman's Press Conference

"We play the worst basketball that i have ever seen, I hope tu improve our level of play for the next games. Melo? I hope that he start from city. We are waiting a good offer for him, because we need a very very good shooter."

Very good. I hope you have fun with this. (Y)

Viktor Khryapa's pretty decent, consider him again. :D

Are you looking to trade Carmelo? That's what it sounds like.

I guess you're not into the nuggets that much. Boykins can be a screw up and jack up stupid shots in one game, and spark it up in the other, that's his advantages. Miller, on the other hand, provides consistency almost every game and I think that U shud start Dre, and Earl at 6!

Denver Nuggets offer F.Elson and D.Johnson for T.Thomas and P.Burke

7th November, 2005

According to RealGM, the Nuggets' GM TimHenman have offered to Phoenix Suns F.Elson and D.Johnson for T.Thomas and P.Burke

TimHenman said:

"Yes, we try to make an offer, we need of a SF that can shoot, and Phoenix is interesting to a Center, and like F.Elson. I hope that Suns accept because with Tim Thomas to starting SF we can change Melo's position to SG, and Melo like SG. In a few days the Phoenix's staff tell we a response. If they don't accept, we try to take H.Turkoglu."

Peja doesn't score from downtown, but Indiana take home the W

"Melo out of city! Melo out of city! Melo out of city!"
The word are the same of yesterday at Denver, after an other orrible performance by Carmelo Anthony. He scores 13 points, but 5/15 from field. Stephen Jackson, marked by Carmelo, scores 15, but the top scorer and MVP is Jermaine O'Neal with 25 points and 13 rebounds. Excellent game by E.Boykins, 26 with 4/10 from downtown, but the other don't put in the basket, so he finish with 1 assist. M.Camby and K.Martin takes totally 25 rebounds, but 18 of these are offense, so only 7 in defense. Really poor, in fact J.O'Neal takes 9 offensive rebounds. The bench is absent, totally 12 points, and G.Buckner remained to 0 points. In a game when P.Stojakovic doesn't shot from three pointer, Anthony Johnson makes 3 for 4 from downtown, and J.Tinsley makes the three pointers at 1.30 minutes left, when Pacers was leading of 5, that close the game

TimHenman's Press Conference

"I'm happy for the attitude of my team today, we look for the win even at 1 minute left, really better than yesterday against Warriors. But, sure, we must improve our offensive level, because in the first game we score 68 points and in the second 75. This is ridiculous. For this we need a scorer SF, and tonight or tomorrow we will recieve the response of Suns for Tim Thomas."
