  • GM Ferry dies in car accident. Zmac replaces him.
In a freak car accident, newly hired Cav GM Danny Ferry was killed. This really hit the Cavs hard, as he had done a fantastic job over the free agent period.
Taking his position will be Australian Zmac.
  • Cleveland-Phoenix Trade, October 2005
Steve Nash and Eddie House were sent to Cleveland in exchange for Larry Hughes and Damon Jones.

Cleveland-Phoenix Trade, October 2005

Phoenix send:

Steve Nash
Eddie House

Cleveland send:

Larry Hughes
Damon Jones

The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Phoenix Suns came to an agreement today and made the first move of the 05-06 season which is only 1 week away.
Cleveland will send newly acquired players Larry Hughes and Damon Jones who both hadnt played a single game for the Cavs. In return Phoenix sends
reigning MVP Steve Nash and guard Eddie House.
"It was a tough decision to trade Nash, but the amount of PGs and the addition of another quality PG, we felt we needed a change in order to achieve
greater results and I think Larry Hughes will open up the court some more for our main guys Amare and Matrix." Phoenix GM said.
"Nash is just the type of player LeBron needs next to him. Ferry signed Hughes with intentions to play him beside LeBron, but after he was hit by a car
and, god bless his soul, passed away, I took over and decided Hughes wasnt the man for LeBron. Hughes is such a talented guy, but we need a
playmaker. Hopefully it pays off." GM Zac Mousoulis of the Cavs.

Cleveland vs Orlando

LeBron, New Cavs shine and win in OT

It was a sloppy but well played offensive battle. Cleveland looked strange during the first half, commiting unusual turnovers and playing almost no defense. Grant Hill had the best game he had had in years. When Steve Francis got traded, Grant and Dwight became the Orlando go to guys, and Grant showed why, scoring 42 on 20-39 shooting and helped his team get a big 13 point half-time lead.
But a huge second half effort from Steve Nash and LeBron kept their team in the game and made it go down to the wire.
LeBron had missed a free throw with 13 seconds left in the final period, which was followed by a quick miss from Grant Hill and then a missed game winner from LeBron.
But in OT LeBron didnt want that to happen again, as he dished 3 assists to Eddie House for a 3 point basket and two 2 point baskets, scoring 7 of his 11 total points in the OT period.
After this the Magic didnt get enough chance to come back and in the final minute the crowd were chanting "MVP" everytime LeBron got near the ball.

Nice win man.
High scoring affair.
LBJ had dope numbers vs. Magic.
Newcomer Nash was good too with 14 assists.
But both of them had a combined total of 18 turnovers.
Check the Orlando team out. They didn't play there bench besides Battie.
Haha. Good luck next game.

Yeh reason for such a weird game was because I reinstalled Live the other day, so I didnt have my sliders and settings all done....and I didnt realise til the 3rd quarter.
So the rest of the games will be better....

Right: Darko begs for the ball.....begs.
