The Black Death presents…

Mark took over the Knicks, plus my old dynasty kinda died so I’m back in the West with Golden State and a new look.

Well I had this one cookin up for a while, it takes longer than a couple hours to put all of this together. Anyway, I did em in 05 and wanted to go back to them now, so we'll see what I can do.

Foyle's a pretty good shot blocker, but I may go there if he's not producing the way he should be, same with Dunleavy.

[Warriors|106][Hawks|124]
Image

Image
Image It was a miserable game from the start. They pounded us in the 1st quarter, leaving us down by 9. Mainly because I forgot to load my sliders. :x Anyway, Joe Johnson and Tyronne Lue were on fiiiire, hitting from all over the court. Heck, even Josh Smith hit contested Js, which convinced me there was something wrong with the sliders. I checked and realized the problem, but I still took the loss to a formidable opponent like the Hawks. We were down by as many as 17 in the third and cut the lead all the way to 9, but that was that. Their bench was huge for them, we lacked offensive production. Anyway, we turned the ball over a lot and Baron was throwing up bricks from 3, he was 2/10 for the game. Jason Richardson provided most of our offense but was answered 80% of the time by either Joe Johnson or Tyronne Lue. Troy Murphy played solidly, the Hawks posts wouldn’t step out on him so he’d nail that open 18-20 footer. Ike Diogu did leave the game in the 4th quarter with an upper body injury, but results were negative.

“Wow, all I have to say is wow. We stunk it up out there. Don’t get me wrong, the Hawks are a good team…well, sort of. Anyway, it really makes me question our future.”-Baron Davis
