In fact, they led by 1 with 21 seconds to go in the game, when Mike James took theball to the rack for a layup to put the Raptors up one. With 17 seconds left, the Celtics called a timeout. On the pursuing play, Mo Pete came up with a clutch steal. After a couple of free throws from Mike James making it a 3 point game, the Celtics had one more chance. Post Game Summary

Raptors Win 107-99, AI drops 44 in loss

Allen Iverson had a fabulous game with 44 points, but in the end it wasn't enough as the Raptors beat out the 76ers 107-99. Once again Chris Bosh led the Raps with 32 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 blocks. Both teams shot over 50% from the field, but the 76ers arguably lost this game at the Charity Stripe, shooting just .588, and missing some clutch free throw's down the stretch of the 4th. Toronto rookie, Jose Manuel Calderon from Spain, tallied 22 points in jus his 3rd NBA game. With such an impact off the bench, he helped Toronto maintain pressure for the full game. Sam Mitchell, the coach of the Toronto Raptors, spoke very highly of the rook from Spain.
"He (Jose) is still adapting to the NBA game. He knows what we expect of him, and that is to be a point guard. He did a good job setting the tempo today and really used his speed to his advantage, breaking down the defence for some easy buckets."
