Well, i think the team you are talking about is Charlotte. They have Okafor, Wallace, May, Felton and they still will have a lot of cap for next season. Then you could also trade Brezec, Rush and Knight for expiring contracts + cheap contracts + some pick.
Moreover, salaries will work most of the times because you can absorv a lot of salaries and you can always add a big expiring contract from the other side so contracts work. Here is what i think, start with charlotte and offer Washington Rush, Brezec and Knight for Haywood, Atkins and Ramos. Maybe they accept and you would be getting a strong starting center, a 20 years 7-3 center with only 600,000 as salary and a expiring but experienced pg in Atkins. And then for the off-season you have 5 millons and only one player less. And to make it realistic you make the offer after dec. 29 when teams can traded signed and re-signed players.
On the other, if you are looking to rebuild and you are raptors fan they are not a bad option either. I mean, they just signed 2 great rookies and they have Bosh, lol.
