Gasol16's Dynasty

Postby Gasol16 on Thu Oct 20, 2005 10:22 am

I started a dynasty with the Toronto Raptors (picked at random).

Team-Toronto Raptors
Fantasy draft-Yes
8 min quarters (12 minutes during sims)
Difficulty- All-star

I started it like 4 days ago. I'm 2-2 as of right now. Heres my team...

C-Pau Gasol
PF-Marvin Williams
SF-Travis Outlaw
SG-Michael Redd
PG-Gilbert Arenas
Jarret Jack PG
Kyle Kover SG
Luel Deng SF
Hakem Warrick PF
Ha Seung-Jin C
Kris Humphries PF
Julius Hodge SG

I was going for a fresh young team, which is why Arenas was my 1st pick and Redd is my oldest player. I'm loving this team, they're fun to play with. I'll post the scores to the last 4 games, and from now on, I'll post stats and a brief summery of the games.

Indiana @ Toronto 115-111 L
Toronto @ Cleveland 96-126 L
Toronto @ Chicago 104-91 W
Toronto @ Philly 129-126 W

I'm going to play a game right now, so I'll post the summery when I finish. If no one posts, than I'll edit this post to prevent double posting.

I started off doing pretty good, but than something went wrong and I was outscored in the 2nd and 3rd round. I came back though. Arenas was crazy on defense with those steals, and he created a lot of steals as well. Same with Travis Outlaw, I had him standing in front of the players when they would inbound it and he would knock is away and usually Arenas or Redd was there. I guess my team plays pretty agressive as Sprewell got injuried in the 1st quarter, than later in the 2nd, we injuried Cassell. Though both of them made their way back into the game and helped their team as much as they could. Also, as you can see, we didn't do so well with rebounds as Yao killed us. Overall, we had a pretty good game. I tried to get Arenas and Redd to have the same amount of points, but they fouled Redd at the last minute and of cousre, I made the 2 free throws.

Also, thanks for the welcome. Sorry I didn't make a topic, but I couldn't find the forum to post it in. lol
