Trades:

McGrady Joins The Wizards
Tracy Mcgrady now joins the Washington Wizards as part of a siz player trade. Antawn Jamison, Larry Hughes and Etan Thomas was traded. It was a good deal as along with McGrady came little-used Reece Gaines and shot-blocking center, Dikembe Mutumbo. Ernie Grunfield says " I want Jarvis to play alot of minutes and with Antawn and Larry here that wont happen. Houston couldn't decline as they were getting a 20ppg SG and SF for just one player and a back-up. Eddie Jordan says "Dikembe will serve as a back-up here while Reece will have to find his way. I have been pleased with Jarvis' improvement over the summer and i believe he has the potential to average 16 points this season."

Staring Lineup
C-Brendan Haywood
PF- Kwame Brown
SF-Jarvis Hayes
SG- Tracy McGrady
PG- Gilbert Arenas

you don't need a mod to change that- just edit your post- you can change the title there (Y)

mcgrady should add a bit of spice to the lineup. have fun with that.

Game 1 : Sorry I missed it

Game 2

Image

Game 2 for the newly revamped Wizards. The game started out and neither team would flinch. Minnesota's backcourt of Latrell Sprewell and Sam Cassel kept the t-wolves in the game in the first quarter, ending it in a 6-0 run that lead to a 4 point lead at the end of 1. On the 2nd quarter Washington's newly acquired star Tracy McGrady drilled 2 three- pointers while Gilbert Arenas made another 2 three pointers, which put the Wizards back in the game. Both teams' backcourts firing it up in the half and it led to a tie game at 46 in the half. Kevin Garnett came alive in the 3rd and scored 10 points but did not score after the same quarter. It was a battle of the backcourts with the guards answering each other with dunks, 3-pointers and assists. Now the wizards have a 5 point lead after 3. Fourth quarter an unlikely hero comes up, Jarvis Hayes drilled a jumper at the free throw line with 10 seconds left to give Washington an 85-83 lead, Minneasota's Sam Cassel tried to answer with a 3 but missed which forced Minny to foul.

Game 3: Sorry missed it again, rookie mistake

Game 4

Image

Game started out with Hayes alley-oop and then the team struggled with Arenas and Mcgrady hoisting up too many 3s. hayes bailed them out with 6 points in first quarter while Mobley and Francis scoring. 2nd quarter once again started by a 3 by Hayes followed by another lay-up by Hayes. Arenas and McGrady each made 3s which ended up into a 10 point lead. Mobley and Nelson score in a run to get as close to 2 points by the end of the quarter. Arenas comes alive at the 3rd and scores 5 straight points and answered by a buzzer beater 3 by Turkoglu. The guard tandem of Francis and Mobley answers again with 5 points each yet fail to even get close as the Wizards built a 17 point lead. In the 4th Mcgrady made 3 3 pointers while Arenas added another one and Orlando never got close as they got outscored 35-12 in the quarter.
