My Celtic's Dynasty

So hard to make trades this year. I am playing 12 min quarters on superstar level.

I am revamping my C's for the future.

Trades made:
Glove (70) and Lafrentz (65) for Artest (72) and Croshere (60)

Analysis:
Glove will retire the next year, Lafrentz's contract is awful.
Artest is the defensive stopper needed to complement Pierce and Croshere is an expiring contract (he is actually very good to play with since he nails all his shots

Ricky Davis (70) and Walter McCarty (62) for Eddie Curry (67) and Luol Deng (59)
Take note, Davis is a MAJOR defensive liability in this game!!! His defensive awareness is 30!!!! That's why I traded for Artest.

Deng's rating went up to 62 after a couple of games . Still haven't figured out how ratings go up (i am sure it's not from practice sessions).

Analysis:
Artest and Walter are redundant now that I have Artest. Eddie Curry fills in 5 for Lafrentz, with Blount playing backup. Deng can be the sixth man off the bench.

Only problem now is that pg is kinda weak.

C: Curry, Blount, Perkins, Stewart(IR)
PF: Croshere, Jefferson (he will start soon), Googs, Reed(IR)
SF: Artest, Deng
SG: Pierce, Welsh, Allen
PG: Banks, West

Nice work, hope you can get realistic stats on 12 min Q's, i'm a 12 min Q man myself.

I'm not sure if the Artest trade would happen in real life, but a good deal non-the-less.

Also on the subject of the ratings increasing, ive read that with the young players these can increase during the season, not sure if its the same for the older players.

Anyway I like the feel of this one so keep up the good work.

of course donnie walsh/larry bird wouldn't have traded artest + expiring contract for payton + salary albatross in real life.

scores are a little bit less than 110pt/game, which is not realistic, but somewhat acceptable.

It's just the crazy runs the CPU can conjure up when they have a 20pt deficit that's annoying. Almost all games ended up being quite close (within 10 pts).
