Arenas make 19 points, 11 assits and Jaminson light up for 27, 8 reb and 6 assists.

Best bobcat in opener was brevin knight with 8 pts, 10 assists and 7 steals, no turnovers. Jahidi White secured 16 boards and 4 pts.

Okafor was weak in opener, complaining of back problem. 2 pts, 5 rebs and 4 blk for first ever game out of uconn.

Malone's agent says he will play only for winner like spur, laker, king or twolf. Bobcats disappointed yes, but will look for more free agents in veterans. We are looking at rod strickland and kendall gill as min. money guys.

Bernie Bickerstaff on situation: We had an oppurtunity to win against wizard, but young guys need mentor. We search for old hand to provide wise touch.

OKAFOR GOES DOWN IN MASSIVE LOSS

Back problems brought out Okafor in first quarter with 0 pts and 2 blks. He is said to get treatment, hopefully only miss a few games. If out for season, we better get no. 1 pick next year for sure but not good.

mike bibby scored 18 and 6 ast, peja hit for 33 on 11-13 only 3pts shots.

We lose 71- 105. Yikes.

Bryant "big country" reeves on the situation: I feel like I can maybe play one more time in comeback to fill in for okafor. Just a couple games I need money. I love bad expansion team like grizzly. Pick me okay.

HOW LOW CAN YOU GO

Reeves has no chance, says team committed to potential. We are looking for someone to make a short term impact on the court, not just on the salary. Damon Stoudemire with toronto from 95 would be okay maybe, but not reeves from grizzly 95. And certainly not muggsy bogues from charlotte 88 expansion. Hahaha.

We will look at Charles Oakley, mark jackson and are waiting on gill and strickland.

It is sad Okafor is out, but hopefully we can beat Lakers if we play as team.

That Old Magic Power

Vlade Divac, though played just 18 minutes, cruised to 9 assists and made one 3pt shot in addition to 6 rebs. He was critical at helping Kobe land a massive 42 point game. They have good chemistry and year looks good for them.

Bobcats look so sad its worth cry. Gerald wallace only player in double figures with 12, but shot 4-18 field and 4-11 at the line. HELP!

SPURS WON'T GIVE UP DUNCAN FOR THE WORLD

San Antonio disgusted with offer, "Bruce Bowen, maybe Bruce Bowen they said, defense for defense, but no way on duncan".

Well Bowen not valuable enough to give up okafor let alone one first round pick. He is older defensive guy, no upside.

Okafor not know that we already shop our No.2 pick in draft okafor for tim duncan. We offers out first round pick for next four years! So that's 4 probably lottery picks and okafor, we would also give them any players we have for any of their worst.

Indiana saw a surprise game by reggie miller, he shot a perfect 100 percent on his 18 points. J O'Neal was monster of course, double double.

Players stepped up on our bench like theron smith to make even 5 or 6 points was nice. We sick of losing and starting to play together thanks to motivation from coach.

Omar Cook: I don't know why you cut me off the roster, cause I can help this team more than somebody like Brezec. I have talent, come on.

I guess we don't have a heart, but this guy's removal cuts us at 14 players now. We have the room to get a guy like Stro Swift now. That's the goal, an impact player.

Gill and Strickland are not interested in joining the team, says agent.
Charles Oakley wants to play for winner also, and Horace Grant says he is all done.

If only carolina could bring in michael jordan. No one wants to play for us!

Wallace gets more athleticism, Okafor slowly on the mend

the scout we buy with dynasty point say okafor is not going to be back soon but coming along.

We train wallace to increase to 59 overall, our best active player. His dunk is almost at 99 and he has good shot at make DUNK CONTEST in all star weekend. Yay this is exciting!

In other news, Stro Swift won't play for us. We will look into more big time deals.

ROCKETS BEAT BOBCATS

90-66 loss is just another confirmation in 5 games that we are bad and need help. We are putting together offers for chris webber and think we have a chance at getting 35 year old sam cassell.

Bickerstaff: the point of "winning now" I can understand. If a couple games would win fan loyalty, we will go for vets.

Second Rounder Robinson, Brezec get cut.

Coleman is a little more talented and experienced, but very bad presence.

International basketball fans in charlotte are overjoyed to see vlade come for next to nothing. Theron smith averaged 2.3 pts, 1.3 rebs and .8 ast in 5 games. Next year's second rounder may have value, but unlikely. Divac can assist us for sure.

Divac: I was happier in LA, but the money is the same. It would be nice to have a big role and contribute, I can do that today.

Divac has a rating of 67 right now. He will start at center. Okafor still not placed on IR list.

Bobcats are finally 5-1 thanks to a close win 79-78 over grizzlies. Pau Gasol was putrid with 1 pt on 0-11 shooting. Divac had a triple double 7th for his career, 11 pts, 10 rebs, 12 asst. He mostly passed to Wallace, who had a career high 34 points, benefiting from his athletic increases.
