04-05 ESPN Dallas Dynasty (projected rosters)

Postby VMS on Sun Jul 11, 2004 4:46 am

Me and a couple of my friends have talked it over, and have come up with what we think will be accurate rosters this coming season. Using these rosters, I will run a dynasty with... the Dallas Mavericks. Here are the projected major trades:
_________________________________________________________

LA Lakers trade: Shaquille O'Neal to Dallas for:

Antoine Walker, Shawn Bradley, Christian Laettner, and Travis Best.
__________________________________________________________

Kobe re-signs with the Lakers
__________________________________________________________

Kenyon Martin signs with Atlanta
__________________________________________________________

Brent Barry and Emanuel Ginobili sign with San Antonio
__________________________________________________________

Retirees:
Karl Malone (LAL) {number retired in Utah}
Glen Rice (LAC) {number retired in New Orleans}
Kevin Willis (SAS)
Ervin Johnson (MIN)
__________________________________________________________

Stay tuned...

i know this isn't the NBA talk forum, but we're just discussing what rosters he is going to use for his dynasty...so it's kind of in the right place :)

oh, and by the way, while that shaq to dallas trade does work under salary caps and trade restrictions....christian laettner can't be traded until august 24th, and i doubt that either team would be able to hold out that long. that would mean waiting for any free agent signings or other trades all the way until august 24th, and i just don't think either of those teams would do that. too much on the table to ignore

but have fun running your shaq as a mav dynasty! (Y)
