I have recently started a Golden State Dynasty and i have tried to make it as realistic as possible.
I sim 12 min quarters and play 8min quarters and get very realistic stats and my golden state team is doing very good.
so far this season, i have made some minor trades in order to get what i wanted. i have aquired tim hardaway through free agency, i have gotten jeff mcginnis ruben boumje boumje, and wesley person by trading Speedy Claxton, Mickael Pietrus, and Calbert Cheaney to the portland trailblazers. I also traded Avery Johnson and Evan Eshmeyer to orlando for donnel harvey.

game1 dallas(0-1) vs gs(0-0)
gs wins 104-102

this was a good win over a dallas team that has been stacked with talented players. i saw that dallas had lost their season opener and were very disapointed. i took advantage of their first lost to build up my confidence. 3...2...1... i was ready to play.
DALLAS STARTING 5
SHAWN BRADLEY
DIRK NOWITZKI
ANTOINE WALKER
MICHAEL FINLEY
STEVE NASH
GOLDENSTATE STARTING 5
ERIC DAMPIER
CLIFFORD ROBINSON
MIKE DUNLEAVY JR
JASON RICHARDSON
NICK VAN EXEL

tip off:
eric dampier won the tip off and golden state started off by scoring 8-0 against dallas and nick van exel passed to jrich and dampier helping them score quickly. by the end of quarter #1, we were leading 26 to 14 and during the second quarter, we dominated the boards outrebounding them and beating them in fast break points. going into halftime, i led 56 to 34. during the half time break, i went to get a drink of water. during the 3rd quarter, dallas came back strong. i nick the quick drove the basket 3-4 times and got stuffed by shawn bradley each time. cliff robinson was getting beat to the ball on each rebound and i was getting frustrated. troy murphy had been playing well off the bench for me getting key rebounds and scoring 11 points. by the end of the 3rd quarter, the score was 64 to 52 and dallas was coming on strong. the 4th quarter was a huge shootout between my team and dallas. nick van exel hit 3's and so did finley. antoine walker buried long ranged 2's in eric dampier's face and i was really getting nervous. the score was 92-89 nearing the end of the game and nash buried a 3 bringing dallas from 89 to 92. the game was tied. i quickly called a timeout and brought out mike dunleavy and gave him the ball. eric dampier set a screen and mike d hit the open 3pt shot that eric set for him. i was leading by 3. then i stole the ball and hit another 3. i was pulling away down the stretch but near the final 2 minutes, dallas came back with layups, 1 or 2 3's and huge blocks by shawn bradley(he had 10blocks for the night). jamison had a time to tie the game with a 2 pointer but i stole it and he had to foul me. i sank the freethrows putting me up by 4. in the final seconds, i let finley dunk on my denfense bringing them down by 2. and i just played keep away for the final seconds as they tried to foul me.
