and nice to see Ariza back
Grandmama Johnson wrote:Rough start, but at least the team has a lot of heart. That comeback was something special and, if you can get your guys to play like that every quarter, you'll be competing in no time

New Orleans, LA.
Tough start and brilliant end. Hornets record in last week 3-1 was one of greatest moments in this season. Hornets finished week with three straight wins on road against top of West. One of reasons is Okafor's strong performance and Ariza's return.
First game of the week and first game of 4 game road trip. Hornets played well in second half and scored 42 points in third quarter, but Tyreke Evans and Marcus Thornton combined for 73 points and it was enough to send Hornets to LA with lose. Ariza and Paul showed some fight late in game, but surprisingly hot weather in Sacramento was too much.
In next two games Hornets won Clippers in LA and Jazz in Salt Lake City.
Hornets traveled to Oregon to take on Trail Blazers. Hornets played very well and big role played Gerald Wallace injury in second quarter. Wallace averaged 20 points per game and 9 rebounds per game, he already scored 7 points in 10 minutes. Two minutes later Belineli injured his shoulder.
Third quarter Hornets outscored Blazers by 13, and this game was over. Another win on road for Hornets and a start for promising run.
Next game Hornets will play in New Orleans Arena against division rival Spurs.
