The beginning of the NBA season for the Golden State Warriors was looking like the other years- a long season.
That was until Mr. Curry and Ellis showed up.
The duo dominated the Mavs, as the Warriors came back from a 23 point deficit to steal a win from the grasp of the Dallas Mavericks 115-108.
"Man, I really don't know how we did," said Monta Ellis, who scored 27 points. "Steph was feeding me the ball, and we made plays for all of our teammates."
Dallas had to be stunned. They lost youngster Rodrique Beaubois and almost lost a few other players to suspension. After Beaubois fell onto the floor, the Mavs shoved Dorrell Wright, who contested his shot. Troubled man Kenyon Martin stepped onto the floor, and is probably going to be suspended one game.
"Stupid mistakes." said coach Keith Smart.
