Tough loss, shooting 38 % may have something to do with it. And Detroit only scored on 8 of 22 free throws?
"Better luck next time", I say. :)

What is this, the dunk cam? Almost all the small pictures are dunks. ( 10 of last 12 pics.)

You starting this makes me want to get my Lakers going. But that will have to stall for another week.

When will Wade make his debut?

Tue Jan 01, 2008 7:52 pm

Sacke12, Oh yeah, tough... I don't remember the last time I was shooting so poor...

-km-, Hmmm.. Never noticed that  I guess there just weren't some other attention worthy highlights besides those dunks :)
I'm bringing him the same day as he cameback in real-life(vs Sonics)...

Thanks for the support guys, appreciate it..

The Miami Heat lost their second game in a row, this time against Indiana Pacers.
Heat started the game solid, building themselves a comfortable ten-point lead in the first quarter. Pacers didn’t do much in the second quarter only cut down their deficit to 9.
Although, third quarter was significantly different for Pacers. Thanks to Troy Murphy and Jermaine O’Neal they managed to get off to a 20-5 run in that quarter and takeover the game. Indiana won the quarter 30-13 for an eight point lead, heading into the decisive quarter. Jermaine O’Neal led his team in the third quarter, putting in 13 points.
Miami had to change their defense to comeback and takeaway that game, but it was nowhere close to better defense. Because they allowed Pacers to score 4 more points than in the third quarter. But, the change was Heat’s offense, led by Smush Parker(15 points in the 4th quarter) and Alonzo Mourning they managed to comeback and cut down the deficit down to 1. But Jamaal Tinsley stepped it up for his team. He managed to score 6 points in a row and get his team rolling. Despite that they couldn’t get far away, they held Heat off from coming back again and celebrated their first win of the season.

Notes
Heat stole the basketball 16 times, but made 22 turnovers. Miami’s bench scored 41 points(19 from Smush Parker, while Pacers’ bench managed to produce 30 points.

Nice to see Shaq playin' well (4-of-4 threes ) and that your bench is producing. Other than that.... :?
Improve your defense, and get Ricky Buckets hot on offense, you'll be fine until Wade comes back.

Good luck man... (Y)

Really nice pics! But, as -km- said, you need layups or blocks or maybe a pic of an injured player, or something else, not all dunks... other than that, looks fabolous (Y)

The Miami Heat celebrate their first victory against Charlotte Bobcats.
Miami had a slightly slower start than their opponents, loosing the first period by four points, but won the second by five and entered the halftime with a very fragile single point advantage.
Charlotte Bobcats made significant defensive changes after the halftime, hold Miami to only 14 points in the third quarter, while scoring themselves seven more for a six point lead heading into the fourth quarter. Heat were lead by Shaq through the first three quarters, he scored 20 of his 21 points in the first three periods.
Heat took over the game in the last quarter. They managed to steal the ball 6 times in the last quarter and get many easy baskets. Ricky Davis also stepped it up and made some clutch jumpers in the last minute of the game to pull away and win the game.

I always loved your racaps and still do. Keep up the good work.

1-2 w/o Wade is pretty okay, very good to see that Shaq's steppin' up for you.
When Wade's back, make sure Cook still gets his minutes, he's a great player. (Y)

Nice, your first win of the season! (Y)

Ricky Davis stepped up, so that's a good thing.
Also nice to see Shaq playin' well (again), 21 points and 13 boards. And he can't seem to miss from the three-point line can he?

This is pretty nice, you always have had solid recaps. I really like how nice your pictures look too, although as everyone said if you could mix it up a bit that would be nice. Also one very small detail, but for some reason has always really bothered me is that you always say something like "Bobcats are on a 1-0 streak". Well duh! I mean first all winning 1 game is not a streak really, a streak is 2 or more, and you did this in your laker dynasty when you would say "Pistons are on a 6-0 streak" of course they are 6-0 if they are on a 6 game winning streak, otherwise it wouldn't be a streak! Anyways don't worry about this, I'm just OCD. Keep it up, and I really hope you keep this going and don't take a long break again. (Y) (Y)

Nice dynasty, I'll be following, and congrats with the first win of the season :)

Great game for O'Neal and Davis
Good luck for next game and hope the winning streak continues
