"The 76ers will host the Boston Celtics who are the division leaders with 49 game won. The series are on Philadelphia´s side as the Celts fail to get a game against this team. The two games played on Boston the 76ers came with a small lead that took them to victory but when the Celtics came to Philadelphia they trail by 10 points in a game with poor defence by the two teams. But this time things are different the 76ers are going to play without two important players due to injuries. S.Dalmebert who will not play for the rest of the season and K.Thomas that is going to play less because of his foot injury. It will be a tought game for everybody but specially by Andre Iguodala who is defending P.Pierce a played that can hurt you from anywhere on the court. The Offence of the 76ers will be limited so they will play more outside game they need K.Korver and E.House to get 3 points. If Philadelphia win this game they will be 5 games behind the Celtics for the Conference Lead. If they lose this game and NEW YORK win against TORONTO. Philadelphia and New York will tie their records in 43-34 making hard to get in the second place in the Atlantic Division. On Other news the Western Conference is allready been clinched but the teams need to finished the Season so they can see who their match with."

-BETTING THE ATLANTIC LEADERS-
"It was a shocking ending for the Celtics as they fail to stay in the game in the last minutes. From the start the 76ers show that they wanted more this game as they start with some good offence that shock the defence of the Boston Celtics the key player for the good offence of the 76ers was Andre Iguodala who was the responsable for their success. In the the first quarter the 76ers came with a small lead over the Celtics by playing as a grup. Staying positive in the whole 2nd quarter the 76ers could play with the bench players that have them more energy as the Boston Celtics struggle in all matters. After the half time things were almost the same for the 76ers with a solid and organized offensive the 76ers came first after 3 quarters. In the last quarter the Boston Celtics understood the game planed of the 76ers and could tie the game and make it more difficult as they took a lead in the half of quarter. After 6 strong minutes both team went to Over Time where the 76ers had a great history as they won most of the times they went to the OT. After a short chat with the Coach the 76ers came to take the game in their hands. With a 10-0 run over the Celtics they could put this game out of reach. Andre Iguodala was the man of the game because he lift his team with a solid performace. He didn´t stoped P.Pierce (35 points) as the coach planed but they change their strategy to let Pierce scored but to press harder on his team mates."

"The 76ers will face a very hard team that can turn the things upside down. Miami Heat had won 2 games out of 3 in the Phi-Mia series. with a strong Center like Shaquille O´Neal they attacked the 76ers defence at their weakess point as S.Dalembert is out for an injury. The series fiinsh with this game and the 76ers wanted to be in good conditions to take on the Heat. The 76ers have to win this game in order to keep away the New York Knicks how are only 1 game after them. Allen Iverson said that this will be a great game. Coach on the other hand said this will be the "D-Game" ."

"Playing against O´Neal is allways difficult as the coach said but history tells us that the Miami is ahead by one game. In order to stop the Miami Heat the 76ers played a solid game in the last minutes. It was a tie game for both teams but the 76ers played a quicker game than the Heat that allow them to take an advantage over Miami. It was practicaly imposible to stop D.Wade with his high scoring game. Andre Iguodala couldn´t matchup with him. But on the other side U.Huslem made the diference as he was able to lift his team during the whole 1st part. With some minutes to go in the 3rd quarter the 76ers fail to get the lead as O´Neal was on the bench that lead them with no strong players to face O´Neal in the last quarter. Luckly to the 76ers U.Huslem was able to score the last point for his team. He was also named player of the game with 24 points and 13 rebounds.."

"The Philadelphia 76ers will face the New York Knicks the series between this two team are tie 2-2. This two team finished the season with the same record (46-36) but the Knicks got the home advatage in the first two games. The Knicks are a strong teat like the 76ers but their lack of strong bench players could be the difference if they dont get the punch with the starting five. With a powerfull Point Guard like S.Marbury the Knicks could take this two first games in their home. All the games played against the Knicks the 76ers fail to stop Marbury mainly because they lack of a strong perimeter defence was the key to the tight games. While the Knicks has a strong perimeter offence the 76ers has a strong inside players that can get the games on the road. S.Dalembert is back after a big injury and may help his team. The 76ers will use U.Huslem as a foward. This player is making the difference on the last games by getting some points under the rim. Allen Iverson will be the key player if the 76ers want to get this games his ability to score and assists is his weapon. This series will be very tie but if the 76ers advantage they will get more tie because the next team to beat will be (probably) Boston the best team on the East Side."

-OVER TIME RUSH-
"It wasn´t eazy for this two team to get a big deal as they went to the first Over Time in the NBA 2005 Playoffs. The 76ers face the first game against the Knicks in the Maddison Square Garden. Both teams played hard during the whole game but the 76ers had more energy in Over Time to get this first game. As the game begun the 76ers had a strong inside game lead by Samuel Dalembert and Udonis Huslem who were able to find the way to stay open and score the big bucks in the most important moments. As to the Knicks they fail to stay connected in the first quarter but they closed the gap in the last minutes of the first quarter. It was key the presence of W.Green in the first quarter for the 76ers because he score two 3PT that give the 76ers the energy to stay in the game. S.Marbury was key to the Knicks as he was able to scored free and find the open players. In the second quarter the Knicks run more that Phily and got the game in their hands. With the change of the strong players the 76ers face a cool down in their quick game. Dikembe Mutombo fail to score as S.Dalembert and K.Thomas didn´t find the right level of play. In the last minutes the 76ers close the first half trailing by 4 points. The Knicks changed the game play in the second quarter and could scored this made the defence of the 76ers unstable when the strong players as Udonis Huslem and S.Dalembert left the court. E.House wasn´t able to help as usual because S.Marbury played better against him. For the Knicks was an important injury as Mike Sweetney got injury in a dunk against B.Skinner (2nd 4:09). He was quickly replace but he had to left the game due to a important injury on this foot. As the second part begun the 76ers took the offence S.Dalembert started excelent and the rest of the team quickly changed the game. The Knicks understood that in order to stoped the ofence of Phily they must charched one player with the Personal Fouls that player was Udonis Huslem that was killing under the rim. He was charched with his 4th foul starting the 3rd quarter that left him in the bench almost trought the whole quarter. With no Udonis the game the 76ers was played all by Samuel Dalmebert who had the clear advantage over his defender N.Mohammed Andre Iguodala was also needed and his powerfull dunks made the difence. As the quarter finished the 76ers had a 12 point lead that silence this Stadium. But the Knicks will responde as they got the cameback in the first minutes. S.Marbury was the man that make it happend scoring 6 points in less than two minutes that took out the rythm from the 76ers as they needed to change they game again. Allen Iverson was a assist machine the whole quarter assisting his teammates for the eazy points. K.Korver had a good night in the 3TP. He was able to scored big when points were needed. With 6 seconds to go on the clock J.Crawford was able to score the 3TP that put the Knicks ahead over 3 points. The whole staduim was rocking as the Knicks were ahaed by 3 with 3 seconds to go. In the last shot of Philadelphia K.Korver had the hard job of seding the game into Overt Time or left the Arena with one game trailing. With 3 seconds to go K.Kover got the 3TP that sent this game into Overtime. The Knicks wanted to get this game after all but the 76ers show them that they are here to take it all. The 76ers started the Over Time smoking with some good plays that left this game into their hands. Udonis Huslem was excelent in the post and made the diference. S.Marbury scored two 3TP but it was too late for the Knicks to tie or win this game. The 76ers got the first game against this Knicks but the promised to came bakc in the second game. This is what the players said about this first game...."

"I was able to help the team when we needed it. When Udonis (Huslem) left the game because of the foul trouble it was my time to get those points in the paint. I was able to get 3 blocks thanks for my teammates becasue when they rotated well its a lot eazier. Im happy about this game."

"We had a clear advantage on the paint and we got some points from that its important to have a backup plan if that doesn´t give us some points like in the 3rd quarter when we had to many mistakes when the strong players left the court. On the out side shot K.Korver was able to get some good points to give us the energy to stay in the game. Unluckyly for Allen Iverson how had too many points but it wasn´t his night S.Marbury was able to stop his penetration. This game was top priority for us so we take their home court advantage. Is not eazy to start good on someones court but we could get the game."

"I had no doubt he can scored with that pressure in his shoulders the kid saved us from many games during this season he has that ability to be cool in the most important moments that´s the kind of players I want in my team."

On the Overtime win
"I talked to them and told them we had a great opportunity to get a game in their house. We can´t get this game slip from our hands after the shot of Korver. I know that the game was our after the jump..and when we got the 4 points advantage. Samuel and Udonis played hard to get the game after all."

-ROAD VICTORY-
"After a good start in last game the 76ers wanted to go gome with a 2-0 run in this first round in the Playoffs. In the last game the 76ers was able to play his strong inside game Allen Iverson wasn´t good to get so many points as he did during the season but he was able to assists his teammates to get those points. As the game started the 76ers show that they had the energy to put this game out of reach in the first quarter. Untill the half of the first quarter the 76ers were 10-10 from the floor but their defence wasn´t good enough to stop the Knicks how were close. As the game developed the Knicks try to catch the game by playing quick game. Before the game ended K.Korver was able to get the last opened shots to get a 4 points lead. The Knicks finished the first quarter with a 57% (12-21) from the floor but the 76ers got a Playoffs Record of 70% (14-20) from the floor. In the second quarter the 76ers fail to stay positive and started to play worst the Knicks could get a 4 point plays and lost the momentum. But when the starting players of the Knicks had to leaved the court the 76ers started to played better with a two 3PT the 76ers got a 7 point lead. As the game started the 76ers try to punch the defence of the Knicks but after some good lead the 76ers suffer the effects of a cool down the Knicks took advantaged of that and could get the games for some minutes while S.Marbury wasn´t getting enought points the task was pased to T.Thomas and J.Crawford. On the 76ers side K.Korver had a good start with 5-6 from the 3TP area he was able to get the lead in the important moments. In the 3rd quarter things changed a lot and the Knicks came with the lead because the 76ers started to play worst again with the change of Point Guard E.House wasn´t good enought to matchup against S.Marbury. Mutombo and K.Thomas didn´t got a eazy night as they fail to help their team. The 76es came for the first time in this game with a negative record a 4 points loss. During the 4th quarter the 76ers try another strategy use E.House as a point guard and have Allen Iverson as a guard so the offence of the team was going to have more speed. The change worked to perfection specially in the last minutes were the offence of the Knicks was weak. The Knicks fail to get the last shots to take this game.This is what the players said about this first game...."

"The 76ers made history tonight as they get since 1991 a 3-0 in a Playoffs series in the first round. The Knicks hoped to get this game to take the local advantage of Philadelphia but the 76ers shown that they are ready to face the 2nd round. Coach Nadilo try to made some changes in the starting five to made a punch in the first half to unstable the Knicks defence with E.House as a point guard and Allen Iverson as a second guard the plan sound just fine but when the game started the offence of the 76ers was having troubles. Quickly the energy of the game for Phily droped the main players were having trouble on the paint and the defence wasn´t stopping the Knicks from getting eazy points. S.Marbury was unstopable in the first quarter as he got some eazy lay-ups in the paint of Phily. The strong inside offence of the 76ers was having trouble specialy Samuel Dalembert how started bad this game. The only thing that the 76ers had more advantage was on the quicky break fast. The view from out side was the team of Phily had less energy than the Knicks team. After a quicky chat with the coach the 76ers came better to play the 2nd quarter. The 76ers came with some steals that force the game and came with the lead as E.House was the main player in this quarter but still the inside defence was not helpping the rest of the team. K.Korver take central view in this game as he got some good points from the 3TP area to help the offence. J.Crawford started to be red hot from the floor and Andre Iguodala started to produce points with some great dunks over his defender that had a tought night. The best player at the half of the game for the 76ers was K.Korver that revived the idea of getting one more game at home with only 18 points but with a 1.000 3TP% (4-4) he was creating problems to the Knicks that found hard to stop the out side shotting. During the first part of the 3rd quarter couldn´t find the way to keep positive and keep the advantage over the Knicks. But closer to the half of the 3rd quarter Udonis Huslem was able to get some good look in the paint but the rest of the team didn´t help him to get the game. With a solid 3 point lead the Knicks were able to stay up for the rest of the 3rd quarter. If the 76ers wanted to get this game they must play better in the 3th quarter and they did specially in the last minutes were they stay positive and came with the lead. The Knicks fail to got the last shots like in last game and came down. The 76ers are 3-0 in this series next game will be in the Wachovia Center and the 76ers could be writting history if they got the next game. This is what the players said ..."

As the first quarter started the 76ers got a eazy lead by catching a 10 point lead. Allen Iverson got the assists and help the team. But after the game develped the 76ers faced their worst nightmare. They started to play worst deffence and the Knicks pass them by scoring from outside. As the second quarter started the coach of the 76ers made a clever moved putting E.House and Allen Iverson on the court but the course of the game will shock the 76ers once more as the strategy of the coach failed and made this team to spent their energy they failed to get the game. With U.Huslem in foul trouble and weak defence they face the powerful assault of the Knicks. After a quick chat with the coach U.Huslem understood that he was the key player of the game as one he must scored for the team. In the 3rd quarter he was able to make things different as he scored some points to help the team. A bench player like W.Green how didn´t saw many acction during the season was able to show his potential scoring most of the point in the last minutes of the quarter. His powerful dunks made this stadium shock and fired up his teammates. In the last quarter the lead of the Knicks unstable the bases of the 76ers how play better specially in the last minutes were the 76ers fail to scored the last shots and came with the lead. No team had won a Playoffs series with a 0-3 but the Knicks will played hard to force a 6th game."

"I think they were more focus than we were during the game. They kill as from the outside and run the court to make us tired. It was good to see what thinkgs we need to change. K.Korver who allways fired up from the outside was cool and he didn´t help him. He had a bad run on the 3rd quarter that took us out of the game. Also in the last minutes we fail to scored the big points."

"The 76ers traveled to the Madison Square Garden to put a stop to this first round overt the New York Knicks. On last game the Knicks who they true level of play and came with the win over the 76ers mainly because their offensive was consistent on the other hand the 76ers went cool on the most important parts of the game. No team has ever won a series when they started under 3. With a quick start in this 5th game the 76ers show that they don´t want this thing to extend more. But quickly turn down because of the defence of the Knicks. The 76ers keep a 3 point lead over the first quarter because they keep finding the opened spaces on the paint. S.Dalembert had a good start in the paint helping his team to get those hard points. In the second quarter the fait of the 76ers would shock as the Knicks came playing better and took over the game by staying open for the points and fast brakes give the Knicks the advantage. The 76ers with a frustration as many plays finished on misses. In the 3rd quartert U.Huslem took central stage as he lift this team to get some good points and the important rebounds that would lead the 76ers to take this game. The game in the last quarter was tie but the 76ers came better to finished this game. U.Huslem became the player of the game as he shock the Knicks by getting rebounds and points to finished with this series."

This two team had play during the season and all the time their matchup the 76ers could came first to win the series. With a 4-0 the 76ers hope they can shut this team before their catch the wave the Celtics on the other hand their want to show that this is their season getting to the finals after a long time. The 76ers face the Celtics very early in the season and in the last month that´s why they face a different team in the Playoffs as the coach said "Maybe they played lazy in the first month and in the last one they knew they have the Playoffs home court and they let us win." The team is with all their players in the best shape. If the 76ers want to win this series they must stop P.Pierce. Its going to be a good series as both teams are ready to face each other."

"The 76ers now face the strong Boston Celtics that came first of the Eastern Conference with a 53-29 record they are also first in the Atlantic Division. This two team had play during the season and all the time their matchup the 76ers could came first to win the series. With a 4-0 the 76ers hope they can shut this team before their catch the wave the Celtics on the other hand their want to show that this is their season getting to the finals after a long time. The 76ers face the Celtics very early in the season and in the last month that´s why they face a different team in the Playoffs as the coach said "Maybe they played lazy in the first month and in the last one they knew they have the Playoffs home court and they let us win." The team is with all their players in the best shape. If the 76ers want to win this series they must stop P.Pierce. Its going to be a good series as both teams are ready to face each other."

"After a tought series against the Boston Celtics the 76ers send them home. The Celtics the best team in the East started excelent this playoffs with a record of 4-0 against Atlanta. In the second round they faced the 76ers that fought for 6 games to came with the win. After lossing the last two games at home the 76ers did the imposible to sent the Celtics back home. In the last games the 76ers show their best level of play with a record 4-2 enough to get them to the Eastern Conference Finals. On the other hand the Detroit Pistons the last year champions are again in the Eastern Conference Finals after a great start in the playoffs in the first round the sent the Indiana Pacers with a record 4-1 and in the second round the Pistons put a 4-1 to win against the Miami Heat. The came with great confidence and strong energy to face the 76ers that came after a great efford. The Pistons are in clear advantage as they have a record against the 76ers with a 3-1 in the season. Will the Detroit Pistons repeat the last year championship? Well there are 15 players that want to stop that."

-WESTERN CONFERENCE FINALS-

"In the West Dallas was the first team to be in the Western Conferece Finals as they rush throught the playoffs with a record of 8-3. The best team of the NBA league start great this playoffs in the first round they sent Memphis after a 4-2 record in the second round the San Antonio Spurs didn´t have any change of wining against this Mavs. That has a great team and a great game strategy. They are the team to be in the finals but Sacramento the big turn out in the West want to make things change. Sacramento dispatched New Orleans in the first round and in the second round they delivered a big burn out as they sent the Denver Nuggets with a record of 4-2. Will the Dallas Maverick arrived to their dream. The NBA Finals."

Good to see this return, although I'm always hesitant to come to this dynasty story because of how much there is here. My internet connection is pretty decent, but it took me a whole minute to load.
