Paul’s 53-point performance saves Hornets…
Diaw was too fast for Ilgauskas…
New Orleans 126, Cleveland 125 (OT)
After an exciting win against Detroit Pistons the New Orleans Hornets were on a 2 win streak and wanted to extend it…
The Cavs started the game blowing out Hornets and taking some advantage. But Hornets were silent, and Diaw showed his character destroying the lead at the end of the quarter.
Still it wasn’t the end of the Cavs, they tried to take the lead back, and they were successful. But Kirk Snyder and Arvydas Macijauskas showed spectacular show scoring 10 points each and helping the Hornets to comeback.
In the second half Cavaliers weren’t so active, they tried to take more perimeter shots… Of course the Hornets answered in a different way, by attacking fastly and narrowing the gap to 1.
At the last quarter Cleveland powered up and started destroying Hornets, scoring much points and having a 8 point lead entering the last minute. But Chris Paul started his unbelievable show. He was making unbelievable shots… Scoring 19 points in the last quarter and helping the Hornets to take the tie. Then in the overtime Hornets’ bench were holding the team. But when Paul came back on the court, Cavs tried to shut him down by double-teaming him, and doing good pressure. It was Paul’s day, so he even wasn’t thinking about loosing…

Well you know, he reached the "everything goes down" level, that's the first time in this season... So practically no chances of doing that again...

Hornets shut out Jazz in the last minutes…
Kirilenko’s 360 alley-oop finish…
New Orleans 111, Utah 110
New Orleans Hornets extend their winning streak to 4!!!
This time against Utah Jazz. Which showed a spectacular performance by playing great defense and Rookie Deron Williams highlight game.
The advantage was took by the Hornets at first, but Jazz answered the same in the second. First half was owned by the Jazz, they were shooting in a 58% and were looking forward for the first win in 5 games.
Still New Orleans showed their character by fighting hard and destroying the lead in the last quarter to take the win…
Arvydas Macijauskas had his best game this season scoring 19 points and shooting 50% from the three-point mark. All in all, bench players combined 54 points and were the key for the Hornets.

Nice a 4 win streak, good win over the Jazz.
The 53-point game was sick, but pretty unrealistic.
Is CP3 a FSS in your dynasty or how did you scorer 50+ with him ?

Noce job man, its so far a good dynasty, and those runs really help you, keep it up.

One more victim…
Dunleavy makes a hard lay up with a foul…
New Orleans 118, Golden State 114(OT)
Hornets extend their streak to 5 and adds Warriors to their victim list…
Hornets took control at the beginning, but it wasn’t lasting long, then Warriors used their secret weapon=Derek Fisher he nailed all of his 3 three-pointers in the first quarter, and narrowed the gap. He continued his heroics in the second by playing high % shooting basketball.
Hornets weren’t sleeping and still were fighting, they were able to narrow the gap to 3 ending the second.
The third one was the break for Hornets who scored only 16 points, while Warriors answered with 24. This extended Golden State’s lead and they were rolling nicely.
Still the Hornets were able to comeback in the fourth and take a overtime…
It was a real dog fight, but Hornets were the winners…

These are some high scoring affairs.
Good game by each of your players.

I see Diaw doing it big in NO/OKC.

Not a bad idea! Since I can't trade anymore, I'll think about it in the offseason.

Very nice game by Boris Diaw.
I really like the fact that you (almost everybody) plays him as a centre.
He is just an allround weapon.
Your doin good these days, five in a row

Hornets go past Seattle
Rashard Lewis has a monster game, but wasn’t able to save his team…
New Orleans 112, Seattle 111
New Orleans Hornets get their 5th win in a row and are one step closer to the 05-06 season playoffs.
The game was going for Sonics’ favor, but in the end fortune smiled to the Hornets
New Orleans is ranking 6th in the western conference and third in their division.
If the Houston Rockets won’t lose any of their left games they might even or go upper than New Orleans. There are many chances left for the Hornets, but there’s no game to waste…

Wow Rashard torched you that game. He's pretty hard to stop in the game because he's like 6'11 so you can't block/alter his shot and moves like a deer.
Very well balanced scoring from your team. Well done.
Hopefully you can sneak in to the playoffs and suprise a few teams.
