NUGGETS BEAT MISERABLE NETS
New Jersey 93
Denver 117
Denver Nuggets didn't have a real basketball game to play tonight. New Jersey nets came to town with only two big men in their team and were facing an impossible task from the beginning. They kept up with the Nuggets for the first quarter, but fell behind in the second, losing by 16 at the half. The Nuggets continued playing hardly breaking a sweat and came away with a comfortable win. The Nets' game was even more weakened by their big men, Nenad Krstic and John Collins getting into foul trouble. Kenyon Martin's 51 points was hardly a surprise to anyone in the Pepsi Center. The most interesting part of tonight's game must have been the jerseys, with both teams wearing classic 1980's jerseys. The Nuggets will travel to Atlanta next to face the Hawks.

I don't know how they've managed not to sign a power forward or a center. They have three big men outside the 12 but apparently they're not good enough. This game was a joke.
