The All-Star line up is out and i have 5 players participating in the All-Star game. Tyler Constantine will be playing for the Rookies, while Rodrick Wolf and Stephon Parker will be playing for the Sophomores. Parker is the starting PF for the Sophomores and he currently has the best stats among the sophomores with 18.9pts, 8.7rebs, 1.5blks, 2.5asts, and .82stls. Those stats could easily get him to play in the All-Star game but i don't know if that's possible, to be in the rookie game and all-start game on the same year.

Shaq and Wade will be starting for the East team along with Jermaine O'neal, Allen Iverson and Ron Artest. For the West it's Brad Miller, Keven Garnett, Mike Bibby, Michael Redd, and Carmelo Anthony. This is Wade's first invitation to the All-Star game.

I played 2 games last night against 2 strong teams. Detroit at 40-8 is the 2nd in the league standings behind me and the Wolves at 28-18. Detroit is a very strong shot blocking team, both Wallaces are in the top5 for block shots. Shaq is still first in the league but his average has slowly gone down to around 3.25 blks only. I won both games and Shaq got his highest number of rebounds in a game against the Wolves; He grabbed 19rebs with 6 on the offensive end. It was a battle between the league's top 2 players and shaq prevailed with 36pts, 19rebs, 1blk, 2asts, and 3stls, while Garnett had 19pts, 5rebs, 2blks, and 1stl.

Wade averaged 10 asts on both games but he didn't score that much, it was Wolf and Parker helping Shaq in the scoring department. Constantine has been scoring well too, for the past 8 games i think he's average 7pts a game and he is the 5th option on offense. He still doesn't have a jump shot and most of of his shots are slashes to the basket. I'm glad to see him make it to the Rookie All Star team =).
Play On.

After 51 games this 2007 season, i finally lost a game, a tight game that ended at 76-71. But this was not a regular season, it's the All-Star game =). So the winning streak continues but the lose was hard to take, Shaq was in the position of winning his 3rd straight All-Star MVP by making 26pts, 12rebs, and 2blks but the East had a weaker team than the West, Tony Parker won the MVP award and i have to correct the mistake i had written last week. It wasn't Redd and Bibby in the starting line up but Mcgrady and Parker. The East only had 2 players scoring in double figures and the other person was Wade, making 14pts, 9asts, and 5stls.

Not all is bad news though. Wade won the Slam dunk contest for the 2nd year in a row, joining the ranks of Jordan and Dominique as consecutive winners of the Slam Dunk contest. He was all out of it after his 2nd Dunk of the Finals against Fred Jones, he scored just 41 and 42 on his first 2 dunks and Jones had 45 and 50, but Jones scored only a 37 on his third dunk and the door was open for Wade. Wade's last dunk was a ball toss to the back board, catching it and doing a 360 between the legs dunk for a score of 50! Other participants of the contest were Vince Carter and Jumaine Jones.

Rodrick Wolf was the MVP of the Rookie Challenge, making 26pts, 2rebs, 6stls, and 5asts. Parker scored 12pts and 13rebs. Tyler Constantine scored 4 points for the Rookies.

Thanks for the correction :D

Last night i played against the Bucks, this is the 3rd game i played since the All-Star game. Shaq was injured on the first game after the All-Star and he is still nursing that bruised elbow until now. The game against the Bucks is one of the greatest game that i've played; not because i won by a big margin but because the game was close through out the game.

The Bucks kept it close by having all their starting 5 players play well, Ford was slashing and making his lay ups while Redd and Van Horn was shooting well from the outside. Francisco Elson, the player they acquired from the Nuggets was also giving Shaq a hard time, since Shaq was injured, he was not able to score or rebound very well against Elson. Parker and Wade who i thought was going to carry me in the ineffectiveness of Shaq didn't help either, Parker couldn't score to go to Heaven, shooting just 3/15 and scored just 10pts. Wade scored 9 pts but had 13 asts. The player who helped keep it close until the last 2 minutes was Constantine, i did wrote before that he has been scoring more, and last night he scored a career high 16pts. He made 2 3-pointers and 2 3pt plays, before this game he hasn't made a 3pt shot. Wolf also scored 16pts and took 7rebs. All of the supporting cast kept it close until the 4th quarter when Shaq came alive. Shaq ended the game with just 20pts but he took 9rebs and made 8blks, 7 of those in the critical 4th quarter. I won the game thru defense instead of the usual high scoring game, the game ended 85-75 but most of that lead came from free throws when the Bucks was fouling. This was a great game because i felt like if i let up on defense the Bucks would have beaten me, it's more difficult playing with a good perimeter team than a strong inside team. The bucks may be rated just 88 but they played better than the 95 Raptors.

I played against the Kings and the Clippers last night and won both games by 50pts. The Kings is rated 99 even without Webber on their team. Wade got his 7th triple-double of the season against the Kings by making 24pts, 13stls, 12asts, and 2rebs. He almost got his 8th against the clippers by making 12pts, 11asts, and 8stls. Shaq got his usual 30 and 10, plus 4blks and he is still playing inujured. His injury that should have healed was diagnosed as a more serious injury so he's going to be 50% for 4 more days.

Shaq is now first in the MVP race, his Stats, 30.9pts, 11.1rebs, 3.44blks, 2.1asts, and .61stls. Wade has also overtaken Duncan as third in the MVP race by averaging 14.4pts, 8.6asts, 7.09stls, 2.1rebs, and .05blks. I really hope that Shaq gets the MVP this year; i've been trying for 3 seasons already and i always end up losing even when Shaq had the best stats.

I'm no longer scouting players coz this year's draft is again an average one. I have my eye on a 6'8 PG and if he's available by the time i pick then i'll sign him. I don't think i'll use my 2nd round pick.

You're right; i'll start my 4th season with more difficult sliders. I'll adjust the CPU sliders to 90 and see what happens. =) If it gets too frustrating then i'll switch it back =).

Anyway, i played 2 games again last night, the first one was against the Cavs, rated 91 and the second was against the Grizzlies rated 99. I didn't take note of the score anymore coz i won both games again without much difficulty. Wade is still busting up the league with his great all around play almost getting his 8th triple double by making 21pts, 11asts, 9stls, and 2 rebs against the Cavs. Lebron had a hard time scoring against Tyler Constantine and only got 12pts for the game. Shaq is getting better with blocking shots after he injured his elbow; he has recovered now and he is averaging almost 5bpg in his last 5 games. His season average is now at 3.50 and that is 1 more block than what Ben Wallace is averaging. Against the Grizzlies Shaq had 5 blocks, Parker had 4 and Long had 3. Gasol and Wright had 3 blocks each.

Shaq won East Player of the month for February, averaging 29.9pts, 11.3rebs, 3.55blks, 1.9asts, and 1.61stls. Dirk Nowitzki took the award for the West and stopped Garnett's 3 month reign as West' player of the month.

What a weekend of great performance it was for the Heat. Shaq unleased his wrath onto the Lakers with a 43pts, 12rebs, and 4blks performance to defeat his former team, but he was not the player of the game because Wade got his 8th triple-double of the season, making 30pts, 11asts, and 10stls. 30pts is Wade's season high for points this season. I must say that the Lakers has the second best rookies and sophomores behind the Heat. They are rated 99 because of their new players.

Shaq again dominated the next game against the Hawks, making 39pts, 22rebs, 4blks, along with 1 ast and stl. 22 rebs is Shaq's career high in my Dynasty and 18 defensive rebounds is also a career high for Shaq.

Stephon Parker took over the Heat against the Warriors, making 27pts and 15rebs.

Shaq is again pushing to win the MVP after losing out on the 2 previous ones. He is still number one in the MVP race but Wade slide down to 4th after being overtaken by Duncan.

yeah, don't this guy really put effort into his dynasty? i wish i had done the same. i was like the first to start a 05 dynasty, started it for ps2 right when i got it. but it died, though i still have the vids. :)
good job again seonadancing, but i agree, make your game harder, or when you get the chance to take over a new team, do that cause its really enjoyable too, trying to make a worse team better.

Thanks for the comments guys. I guess all of us play the game for different reasons, mine is for relaxation, i am going to make the game more difficult after my 3rd season but i'm only going to adjust the offensive sliders of the CPU, i easily get frustrated with their of this world speed and recovery so i'm going to leave it as it is.

I've been offered by the Portland Blazers to take over their team after i won my 2nd championship but unlike some of you, i'd like to see my players develop throughout the years, maybe break some NBA career records along the way. So i'm not looking to transfer teams anytime soon =). I actually started a second Dynasty a month after i started my Heat Dynasty. I was using the Bobcats but that got stalled and my record stands at 2-1 =).

I think the stats that i'm getting is relaistic except for Wade's 7spg average. The score gap is also unreleastic but there have been a lot of times that i only won by 10 or 20. But like i mentioned, i will be adjusting the sliders so the CPU won't get blown out that much and maybe i'd lose some games. I did lose some games on my first and second seasons but i guess i created a pretty good team and i'm playing better. =)

I'm current standing is 66-0, just 16 more games and 4 playoff games before my 4th season. I set my playoff series to a best of 1game so i only need 4 wins to win the championship =).

Stephon parker has grabbed 60 rebounds in the last 4 games. He is now averaging 9.1rebs along with 18.1pts, 1.52blks, 2.5asts, and .72stls. Shaq had a season high 48 points against the Knicks and he had 8blks against the Nets last night, 4 of those blks he made against Mourning. He has been averaging more than 35pts per game in the last 4 games but Mourning really gives him a hard time whenever they are against each other. He scored just 29 against Mourning =). Wolf has been scoring a lot more in the last few games, he has become an unstoppable force when slashing to the basket. He now has a defensive symbol and a dunker symbol under his name so he has development his game nicely. He's averaging 12.2pts, 3.5rebs, 4asts, 1.72 stls, and .39blks for the season.

My 3rd season is almost coming to a close; I am currently 72-0 and this season has been different from the previous seasons because i dominated this one. No team even took me to overtime this season, so in my next season, i'm sure to adjust the sliders so the CPU would post a challenge again.

Last night i played games against 2 rated 99 teams, Toronto and Memphis. Both teams are in the Top Ten of the Power Rankings but only memphis gave up a good fight. I hate to say this coz i always mention this but Shaq is really busting up the league, he averaged 33pts, 12.5rebs, 4.5blks, 3asts, and 2stls in the 2 games. He stands first on the MVP race and i have a feeling that he'll take home the award this year. Wade is back up to 3rd in the race despite the fact that he only scored a total of 8 points in the last 2 games; he did average 8asts and 8stls.

Wolf has simple been unstoppable on the floor, He has become a good inside and outside shooter that he can do anything on the floor. If Shaq and Wade is in a funk, i have Wolf just drive inside and jump over everybody for a dunk. He has also made the most 3 pointers for my team. At 7'1 you'd think that he's like Garnett but he's more of a tall Kobe without a flawed Free Throw shot. The thing that boggles me is that he is a great dunker but his jump rating is only 50, he usually gets his blocks because of his height and not because of his hops. He is currently averaging 12.4pts, 3.6rebs, 4.1asts, 1.74stls, and .04blks, He does all that despite being the 4th option on the team, I changed his number to 33 because he plays very much like Pippen in his prime. Mr. Do-it-all.

Stephon Parker had a leg injury against Toronto and he was out for the last minute of the game. Bashini Long played well in that game off the bech scoring 15pts. Constantine also scored in double figures scoring 12pts, i can wait to see this guy play next season after more training. He has become a legitimate 7'0 SG. :D

Shaq scored 40pts last night against the Knicks and grabbed 13rebs. Stephon Parker got 16pts, 13rebs, and 3blks to complete the domination of the post against the Knicks. Kurt Thomas, playing center for the Knicks didn't stand a chance. The game was tight throughout the first quarter until the bench mob came in in the last 2 minutes to score 8 straight points, giving the Heat an 8 point lead after the first. Haslem scored 6 points in that run and ended the game with 16points (season high) and 3rebs.

Shaq won East player of the month for February and Garnett again taking it for the West. Jethro Badu, the 76ers rookie won East rookie of the month, while Memphie Rookie, Saepan, took it for the West. I think Badu is going to win the Rookie of the Year honors again for the 76ers. The 76ers is currently in last place in the league at 19-53.

I'm thinking of continuing my Bobcats Dynasty, but that will leave me with less time for my Heat Dynasty so I don't know. I don't have that burnout feeling yet with this Dynasty so i'm still playing it. But yeah, maybe i should use another team, I'm thinking maybe using using the Bobcats, Timberwolves, or the Rockets. hmmm..... I'll have to make all the trades that had happened first and fix the rosters.

I'm Back!!! =)

I finally closed out my 3rd season, losing not 1 game. Wolf and Butler got injured during the last 5 games of the season but they were 100% for the playoffs. The season didn't end on a good note though, Shaq has failed to win the regular season MVP award for the 3rd straight year, I think I can finally call this a bug. Shaq won the player of the month for March, averaging 35.3pts, 11.3rebs, 3.44blks, 2.4asts, and 1stl. He has been on top of the MVP list for most of the season but still that wasn't enough. Duncan, the 4th man on the list behind, Shaq, Garnett, and Wade took home the award!!! That's it! Yao completed the MVP list. Oh anyway, here are the awards my Team took home:

Stan Van Gundy - Coach of the Year
Shaq - 1st Team All-NBA, 2nd Team All-Def
Wade - 1st Team All-NBA, 1st Team All-def, DPOY (2nd yr in a row)
Tyler Constatine - 2nd Team All Rookie

I'm particularly happy with Tyler winning an award. i took the gamble of starting him instead of Penny and he really did play well.

Shaq took home the Finals MVP again. The Heat has won 3 straight Championships since Shaq moved to Miami. =) The Heat is now going to try and accomplish what no team has done in the last 40 years, that is to win 4 straight!

The Off-Season is something I've come to really enjoy, and here I am trying to upgrade my Team from last year. Here are the players that had their contract expire after the end of last season:

Wade
Wang
Butler
Sato
Ojigwe
Penny
Parker

Parker and Wade were my top priority so i signed them to what they demanded. Parker to a 4yr 10.5M deal, and Wade for a 4yr 40.8M deal. That didn't leave me with much to sign my other players. Butler was asking for 6M a year for 4yrs and Wang was asking for 2.5M for 3yrs. I couldn't sign both of them because I needed to have enough money next year to resign Wolf. At this point, I only have 10M left. Penny was asking for a little over 6M for 1yr so I resigned him, with the money left after the transaction i just decided to check on the free agents. I found Grant Hill still available and I wanted to sign him, I actually wanted to sign him 2 years before but i didn't have enough roster space available or even the money then. The problem i had this time is I was only left with 3.46M and Hill was asking for 3.47M for 1 yr. I made an offer for all the money i had left and luckily, Grant Hill is now a Heat =).

I'm not done dealing yet, I still lack a back up SG but i can only get one through a trade. 2 teams has already approached me about Matt Frieje but their trading me crap so I didn't accept the offers. I could play Grant Hill on SG since Wolf is already the starting SF.

I'll have to start tweaking my sliders before i start the season. I'll do that this weekend =).

Season 4 didn't start out very well for the Heat, Shaq was injured during the first game of the season and was out for 3 games; He's still suffering from that broken finger after 5 games. Stephon Parkern was also injured and he will be out for 3 weeks with a Hyper extended knee.

I did adjust the sliders and the game has become more challenging indeed. I already lost to the Celtics and i've only played 5 games. Grant Hill is not the player he used to be, I started him on SG but he alveraged 2 games for the first 5 games. I have move him to the bench and put Constantine on the starting line up again. Haslem has taken the place of Parker in the starting line up too. Wade and Wolf are the ones carrying the team for now but the game has become very close after i adjusted the slider.

I adjusted the sliders so that the CPU has a 20pt lead over me on all offensive categories. I set mine at 50 and they are at 70, I had the same rating with the CPU before. I also set the free throw shooting to 75 from 50 before and i'm suffering greatly from this. The game has become more challenging but the good thing is that it has not come to a frustrating point, maybe after i lose a few more games =).

Note: Duncan, Redd, and Carmelo completes the All NBA 1st team. Jethro Badu of the 76ers is the rookie of the year, the sixers now have the 2 rookie of the year in consecutive years.

Great dynasty, and you know what's weird? I was doing a Golden State Warriors Dynasty like a month ago, and I scouted Wolf and ended up trading for him, he was with the Suns. He was exactly the same, 7'0 and he was a SF. Is your Rodrick Wolf black? That's pretty weird, I guess the rookies aren't all generated.

Yeah, he is black, and he's pretty good too, i have him rated at 78 already. =) If I remember correctly, Golden State did draft Wolf and I traded for him during my 2nd season, which is Wolf's rookie season.

This season's draft strength is very strong again =).

The Heat, the team that is gunning for a 4th straight championship is faced with a big challenge to start the season. Wade is the latest player to get injured and the Heat suffered it's second defeat in 5 games. The Raptors had things going from them shooting an amazing, 9 of 10 from the 3point line (I need to adjust the sliders again). Carter made 5 of 5, Alston made 3 of 4, and Peterson made 1. I was down 21 coming into the 4th and i was able to cut down the lead to just 7 before Peterson and Carter made back to back 3 pointers!!! I never got closer than 7 and I lost by 7 points. Shaq is slowly regaining his strenght and will be 100% soon.

Wade suffered a leg injury in the 1st quarter but was able to come back to the game but he wasn't effective at all, he did have 7 steals for the game. Shaq scored 30pts and grabbed 10rebs, along with 7 blocks.
Play On.
