Two guys take the charge; West comes out on top
With the Sophomores dominating the Rookies, there was one game in everybodys mind. East Vs West. The crowd was excited to see the 24 best players in the league, battle it out infront of the people who pay to see this kind of drama.
At first, the East took a quick lead. With scorers of the likes of James, Wade and Rose in the team, they had no trouble dominating the game. The West was on their trail though, with Kobe shooting pretty well. But something not usual happened, as Kobe was passing the rock aswell. He dished it out to his fellow All-Stars, who had perfect chances all around. But with LeBron still playing strong, and Dwight grabbing the boards, in the first two quarters, West did not have a chance to pull back.
Third quarter started to roll, and the bigs of the West held their own. Jefferson and Dirk were playing really well, as the front court of the dreams was scoring and rebounding in a good rate. Stopping Dwight and Wade was a tough task though, which everybody still had a hard time to do. When suddenly, somebody stepped on the court and scored all his points to take the lead.
It was Stephen Curry, the Warriors main man. He took the game by a storm, scoring 16 points in the third, and going on a massive run. West took the lead, and with that, they had to hold their own. LeBron was still unstoppable, and Wade was hitting his shots. Rose came up big aswell as East was still on their trail. But two of the best scorers came out to actually destroy, Kevin Durant and Kobe Bryant. They dominated the game, but mostly Durant was the player who was trusted in the late minutes.
And with the West taking a 123-118 win over the East, Kevin Durant was awarded as the game MVP.

Rookies take charge; Cavs over 500
*NOTE: I simmed a game against 76ers because it was crashing in the halftime, forgive me for that. I won it though, after that, I was 10-10*
With the Cavaliers finally back on 500., they were looking to maintain their playoff spot. Three teams have already made it from the East - Knicks, Heat and Bulls, but their opponent is one spot ahead of them, the Pistons. That being said, every win and every loss will count right now, and nobody wants to take a hard loss. With a lot of hype in the air, this one was suppose to be a good one.
Well, it started off really dull. The Pistons took the lead early, with the Cavaliers catching up late, but the first half, both teams were missing shots a lot, and it was very dull. Right about till the start of the third quarter, as Jamison hit a huge three, to tie the game up. Now, things got interesting. Both teams were scoring neck and neck, but the Cavs were depending on Brooks a bit too much. Still, he prevailed in every situation, causing a lot of trouble.
Brooks didn`t play the forth quarter, but there had to be somebody to still play well, right? There are two other great rookies in that team, and with Irving and Thompson playing together, they were flat out dominating. With being down by 11 at the first point, they took the lead so well, and won the game 63-56.

Gordon goes wild; Cavs back at 500.
While the Cavaliers had won two straight, they were looking to get that third one and bounce to a higher seed. However, the look on the eyes of Eric Gordon and the Hornets had a different thing in their mind. Rightly so, Hornets have a small chance of still making the playoffs, but they are willing to take whatever they can to make it.
The game started off pretty equal. Both teams were lighting the scoreboard in a hurry, and played great ball. It was close in the first, but rightly so, the second half, the Cavaliers started playing sloppier. They started to turn the ball over, miss open shots and they didn`t hustle to the loose balls. Eric Gordon took off and dominated the team, while Landry and Crawford held their own aswell. Irving and Jackson tried to start scoring, but there was no chance, as the Hornets won the game 72-52, sending Cavaliers back to the seventh seed.

Jordan takes over in the paint; Clippers take a easy win
Right, the playoff train is gone for the Clippers, sitting at 11-15 record behind the Kings, Rockets, Suns, Hornets and the other 8 seeds. However, the Cavs are sitting in seventh, with a few hungry teams behind them. That didn`t mean that LA wouldn`t give them a fight though.
Right at the start, things got off to a fast pace action. Jackson started hitting the three early, hitting his first(and only) two threes right at the start. Clippers did not give in aswell. Their work on the boards was outstanding, grabbing everything they could. DeAndre Jordan was playing major ball, as his shot was falling. Irving tried to show some skill aswell, but the way that they were getting dominated from the inside was too much. In the end, the Clippers took it with ease, 77-63

With Parsons being sent do the D-League by the Rockets front office, the Cavaliers took quick chance and signed him for a 1 year deal. However, many people believe that this signing was only done to trade for a good draft pick later on, but Parsons can get some good post-season minutes, if the Cavaliers actually make it. Right now, he is a part of the Cavaliers roster, and will debut in the next game against the Kings.
S-Jax comes up big in the end; Cavs take another step towards the playoffs
Losing two straight, Cavaliers needed a win, fast. They have six games left including this one, and three of them are games they should take. Again, including this one. The Kings however came out with a different mindset. They know that with all their talent, they can beat any team. It started off pretty intense, both teams were scoring pretty well. Irving was again, leading the team, but Brooks wasn`t far behind him. However, the way Hickson and Evans dominated the paint was totally different, as there was nobody who could have guarded them. Both teams were neck and neck, until the end of the third quarter, as Kings had taken a 11 point lead.
Right at the start of the forth though, Brooks took the game over and dominated the whole team. Not much help was behind him, except for Jamison, who hit some clutch shots in the end. While both teams were trying to do their best, Parsons and Jackson also came up with a few good shots, but it wasn`t enough. However, when the Cavaliers had 6.2 seconds on the clock, the ball was played to Brooks, who then gave a difficult, yet a effective pass to the open Jamison, who just had to drain it to send it to overtime. So he did.
Right at the start of that, Brooks hit another quick three, while Thornton responded the same. Kings built some momentum again, and Evans was scoring like a beast. He also gave out some good passes to Thornton and Hickson. But in the end, it was the TO what cost him, as Brooks made two quick steal, to make that 10 point lead of the Kings smaller. Another clutch bucket was thrown by Gibson, and in a matter of seconds, the lead was only two points. However, 11.2 seconds left, and the ball was given for a inbound pass for Sacramento. S-Jax quickly stole the ball, and made a huge play, finishing it off with a and-1, hitting his free throw, and taking a 1 point lead. After that, Evans threw a "Hail Mary", but it was no good, as the Cavaliers took it 91-90.

Another overtime victory as the Cavaliers beat the reigning champs
Two days ago, Cavaliers came off a tough OT victory, that they earned against a team, that isn`t looking for a playoff seed. However, the last years champions, Dallas Mavericks, still haven`t claimed their playoff spot, so they were also looking to take their wins and get on with the post-season. However, things were not that easy.
Cavaliers actually started out really well, as they held the lead right from the very start. Some huge rebounding was shown by Varejao and Brooks, while the rest of the team didn`t let down on the scoring end. Dallas was actually getting carried by "The Jet" himself, as his play, along with Kidd and his assists, was amazing. Cavaliers were holding a one-point lead in the half time, but lost it in the third. Mavs made a huge run to get the game in their hands, but Irving single-handedly took the game back and tied it up. Lamar Odom hit a clutch shot at the end of the forth, to take a three point lead. Five seconds on the clock, the Cavaliers played the ball to Irving, who then gave a key pass to MarShon, who drilled it in from deep, and sent the game to overtime, AGAIN!
After that, Cavaliers were a totally new team. Mavericks scored only 7 points, while Irving alone scored 7 in the late minutes. Everybody knew while watching that game, if the Cavaliers make the playoffs, they can be a problem for a few teams. And with a really comfortable lead, Cleveland won the game 95-88.

Cavaliers lose it in the end as the Pacers cap off a bad season
Two very tough victorys in four short days had warn out the Cavaliers, the only positive they had to take, was the fact, that they have only 3 games left. But, they still need to secure that playoff spot, as they were taking on a team, with a lot of offensive firepower, yet no playoff spot in sight. The Pacers.
Indiana has had a season of rebuilding, and the combo of Wallace and Granger has sure given them a lot of scoring, but losing on the defensive end.
You could see that in the start of the game, as Cleveland was hitting easy fadeaway jumpers, and having no trouble controlling the game. However, the poor shooting of Irving, and the whole team missing its free throws, made things much harder on themselves, as the Pacers came back and took the lead.
With some controlling basketball played by West and Granger, and Collison setting everybody up for easy looks, you could clearly see, that the Pacers were going to win this. But it was not all over.
Tristan Thompson came in and dominated. He scored all of his points in the third quarter, giving his team the lead, and actually playing very smart.
But as Collison and Wallace picked up their play, the lead went smaller and smaller. Cavaliers were still in it by 2.30, but after the game, the score was 70-58, and the Cavaliers took a brutal loss.

The worst team of the league prevails as the Bucks take the win
Cavaliers took a tough loss against Indiana, but had a easier team rolling in town, the Bucks. Milwaukee has had the worst season for any team this season, as they traded Bogut off, and now are stuck with late-blooming players and veterans.
This didn`t mean however that they don`t know how to play, they took the lead right from the start, and never let loose. Delfino was shooting the ball early, and really played some great ball, while Gooden helped him out. Jennings dropped his dimes, and Cavaliers were playing fairly bad.
However, with the forth quarter starting and being down by double-digits, Kyrie Irving took quick charge and took some really good shots. However, while they were trying to come back, Jennings never let loose aswell, while Nocioni was doing some headshaking, yet clutch plays.
With 11 seconds left, and the game was a 4 point difference, Brooks was played for a open three, which he, note, three games in a row now, has put away.
However, Jennings played himself for a shot, crossing over Kyrie and hitting a fadeaway three, nothing but net.
In the end, Jackson threw up a "Hail-Mary", but it was far off, as the Cavaliers lost 69-72.

Right before the playoffs, Cavaliers secured a point guard, who has a really good shot, J.J Barea. Many people believe that he will be a good backup behind Irving, who will come clutch when needed.
For that, Luke Harangody has been waived to the D-League just before the playoffs.
Irving with the game winner; Cavaliers secure a playoff spot
This game for the Cavaliers is full of pros and cons. Yes, the team was coming off losing to the Pacers and the Bucks, the worst teams in the league, but, with a win tonight, they would secure their playoff spot.
However, if you roll in to the Amway arena, you know, that playing against Orlando, is a very tough task. It showed right from the beginning, as Dwight was dominating the inside. Jameer threw three alley-oops in the first, and some major putbacks by Davis, made the Cavaliers think, that this is impossible.
Moments later, Irving started playing his game, and dishing it to his teammates, while scoring in large. But that wasn`t the bad part, in the first half, they actually played some proper ball.
Getting in to the second though, the Magic went on a 19 point lead, which was a huge stop for every Cavaliers fan out there. Byron Scott was looking at the game, and having huge doubts, that they would make it.
When suddenly, two rookies take over. Irving, who had shown brilliant play the whole time, starting dominating even more, and Brooks hit his shots, while dunking on Howard aswell, showing who is boss.
As the Cavaliers tied up the game with a clutch three, 22.4 seconds was left on the clock. Magic took a timeout to run the play for Howard. It resulted with a timely steal by Irving, who immediatly called "TIME!".
Cavaliers grouped up and the ball was passed to Brooks, with 15.3 seconds left on the clock. Brooks took it inside, spinning around Redick, and making a tough shot, which missed.
Luckily, Varejao was there to grab the rebound, and he passed it out to Irving, who then crossed over Turkoglu, hit a fadeaway jumper and hitting it, with 0.7 seconds left on the clock.
The rookie went wild, taking his shirt of and having a small writing in the back, just four letters. "ROTY".
Orlando tried to make a final play, but the ball was tipped by Varejao, as the Cavaliers made it, and secured their spot in the playoffs, with a final score of 77-75.
