If he was selfish he wouldn't be one of the league's best in assists. But as Martti said ,it's easy to dominate with him. Also Gordon is playing well , Deng,Korver is better and better, Gibson dominates in the rebounds,and wait till Booze returns

Bulls steal this one from the Kings


Luol Deng was one of the best for the Bulls

The Chicago Buls were the most motivated side as they defeated the Kings 121-116 at the road.Rose was not that spectacular today,but was again the team's best having a double-double with 28 points and 12 assists.Gordon,Deng and Korver were again of the best showing that they are in form,and Korver gets a serious nomination for 6th Man award with his first games.
The Kings on the other hand,had Hamad Whiteside on a terrific form,scoring 36 and grabbing 14 boards,while Iverson,on his first game as a King,scored 33,showing that he still got the moves.
The game was the same untill the last 3 minutes of it.Both teams couldn't take a big lead and especially on the end of the 2nd quarter and untill the mid of the 4th the teams were switching leads in each posession.The Bulls previously had taken an 11 point lead,which was the biggest lead a team had in the match,but only temporarily,before the kings had a 10-0 run to get the game to the edge.
On the last minutes the two teams had some defensive gaps,which were found and the points were pouring constantly.The Kings took a 5 point lread 2 minutes before the end showing that they have many chances to take this one,but a missed free throw from Casspi(Kings were terrible from the Free Throw line,having only 17/31 including many missed free throws by their best FT shooters,like Evans and Dalambert),and a steal by Deng,after the basket by Rose in the inbounding,which resulted to another easy basket,were the beggining of the end for the Kings.Bulls tied the game and with Rose dishing the ball to Gordon and Korver for 4 succesful long range shots and Gordon with Deng stealing the ball twice the Bulls had a 9-point lead,and the only thing the opposition did,was Iverson score 4 points at the last seconds and give Kings a little hope ,but with no luck.

Bulls couldn't complete an epic comeback,lose to Phoenix by 2

Steve Nash had a big night in this close win for the Suns

The Chicago Bulls were losing with as much as 24 points in the first minutes of the 4th.But even with a huge comeback,they couldn't steal this one by Phoenix,which had Steve Nash in a huge game,scoring 47 and having an excellent 100% from the 3pt teritory with 4/4.Leandro Barbosa scored the desicive basket 1.5 seconds before the end and Rose was unlucky,as he saw his three-pointer at the end of the match hitting the inside of the rim and not going in.
The Bulls had Ben Gordon as their top player with 28 points and 8 rebounds.Rose had 28 points and 10 assists ,having a double double,but he wasn't that good at the first 3 quarters,scoring 16 points and making 5 turnovers ,but stepped up in the last 5 minutes when the Bulls where trying their hard to comeback in the game.
The first half was a quiet one,having the two teams close,and with high score,but with no real match.At the 3rd ,when the Bulls were down by 5,coach Thibodeau passed on the reserves,in order to give the starters some breaths.But then Nash scored 19 points in that quarter alone and along with Richardson and Hill,they raised the lead to 20 points at the end of the 3rd.Nash scored another 3 at the start of the 4th and then a basket and a foul and the lead went to 24.
At that time ,the Bulls who dissapeared from the game since the end of the 1st half,stepped up their game,and with all their starters playing 5 times better than they were playing till then,they made something who was very hard.They managed to tie the game with 1 minute remaining till the end of the game.Rose was dishing the ball constantly and Gordon with Deng from the perimeter and Noah with Gibson at the paint were scoring at every chance.
Rose scored 12,Noah scored 10 points with 5 rebounds.Dengand (who had 10 pts in the 3rd) was perfect from the field and scored 8 and Gordon,who was the only player with a stable performance all the time for the Bulls ,scored 6 consecutive points and completed that comeback.But Nash,had 2 terrific assists to Dudley and Amudson,who kept the Suns in front and despite Bulls tying the game again,Suns had the last attack,and Barbosa scored the last tough basket with 1.5 seconds remaining.Bulls took a time-out and tried to find Gordon but Nash intercepted the ball,Rose took it and shot a long three-pointer in-time,but the ball hit the inside of the rim ,and went out ,giving the Suns the win and Bulls their first lost this season.

Bulls win this one by a point in a close game

Derrick Rose posterises Baron Davis

The Chicago Bulls in the first part of a two-game trip in LA,where they will play with Lakers after the Clippers,won by a single point,thanks to the free throw made by Derrick Rose with 7.2 seconds remaining.Rose,along with Gordon and Deng,were again the best players for the Chicago Bulls,with 28,23 and 22 points respectively.Rose was pretty impresive in the passing sector,as he dished no less than 14 assists.
Baron Davis had a double-double,with 23 points and 13 assists,scoring some desicive 3pointers on the last minutes of the game,despite leaving the field at the mid of the 2nd quarter ,because of a leg injury for 5 minutes before returning at the field for good.
The game was a close one till the halftime with Clippers having the 3 point cushion.Then Davis and Griffin stepped up and created a 10 point lead,minutes before the end of the 3rd.Bulls ,with Rose in a fantastic form ,who had 10 assists in that half alone,equaled the game and made it a thriller again(probably the favourite ending for the Bulls in their games)
Bulls created a 4 point lead with 4 points by Noah 50 seconds before the end.Davis scored a three pointer and cut the lead down to 1.Rose was fouled and he had 2 free-throws,he made the one and missed the 2nd,and at the next offense from the Clippers,Griffin managed to score a very difficult fadeaway shot with 23 seconds till the end.Bulls gave the ball to Rose,who managed to win a foul and 2 free-throws.But again,he missed the first and made the 2nd,giving to Clipps,serious hopes for the win.But Griffin's missed the shot,Noah rebounded and the Bulls won that one by a single point.

Bulls edge the Lakers,behind Korver's big scoring game

Kyle Korver was the best for the Bulls


Korver was the Top Gun for the Chicago Bulls ,scoring 32 points,and along with Rose's and Gordon's 24 points,the Bulls took an impressive win over the World Champions,Los Aangeles Lakers.
Pau Gasol and Kobe Bryant had 34 for the Lakers,who were neck and neck with the Bulls,until the 4th quarter when the Bulls stepped up and clinched that one.Gasol was impressive having 20 boards as well(!),with Bynum having 16 with 26 points.
Korver scored 8 straight points when the game was 90-90 with no answer,giving the Bulls an 8 point lead 90-98 with 3 minutes to the end.The Bulls maintained the lead,and despite the ball being to Kobe all the time,at the last two minutes(which last almost 6,because of the many intentional fouls and Time Outs by the Lakers),the Bulls were perfect from the line,with Korver having 10/10 and Rose 12/13 and the win eventually came over.
Korver was outstanding from the field ,having 64.7% with 11/17 shots.He had also 5 steals,2 assists and 2 rebounds.Korver had 20 points on the 2nd half,being one of the best at that half,Gordon had 12 on the 4th,but he had 0 on the 3rd as he had a back problem,after a colision with Kobe
The Bulls have succesfully passed over the LA journey,beating both the Clippers and the Lakers.Now they move to Denver to clash again the Denver Nuggets.The Road trip ends after a return at the eastern conference,where the Bulls will play the Knicks and the Raptors.

It may sounds unexpectedly but Clippers were more team than the lakers. They were passing the call all the time and i couldn't concentrate on one or two players on defense,like on Kobe and Gasol. Even Aminu was taking chances and scored

November 20:Chicago Bulls @ Denver Nuggets

Bulls Came Up Short against the Nuggets;Lose 121-114


Mr.Big Shot was the best player in tonight's game against the Bulls

Bulls were struggling at the first 3 quarters,and despite an epic comeback at the 4th,when they managed to transform an 26-point difference to an 1-point lead,they lost the game by 7 points,thanks to J.R. Smith,who scored 2 three pointers with 20 seconds till the end.

Chauncey Billups was the high point man for the Nuggets with 33 points and 9 assists as well.JR Smith,had an impressive 27 point game,with some clutch baskets at the 4th.K-Mart was a beast,scoring 13,grabbing 18 boards,having 7 blocks and 4 steals as well,being just outstanding,especially on the defensive end of the court.Nene had 12 points and 10 rebounds being the fourth Nugget with a solid game.Carmelo Antony had only 9 points,in a quiet night.

Bulls had Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah with 20 points.Especially Noah was scored 10 of his 20 on the 4th,before being fouled out and 11 rebounds as well,with a double-double.Rose was near a triple-double,with 20 points,9 assists and 9 steals.There were several Bulls who stepped up in this game at the 4th quarter,when the Bulls made their comeback.Hughues,Gibson,Deng and Korver,who scored a 3 which should have been desicive as it got the difference to 4 points with 8 seconds to go but Nuggets were calm and din't worry.Gordon,who didn't recuperate from his problem at the last game,and is expected to be 100% at the Knicks-Bulls game,had only 6 points

Now the Bulls play at MSG with the Knicks,at a great game between 2 of the top eastern teams.

Rose has certainly settled down a bit after his dominant performances to open the season.

Though he's averaging a double double he can't be that good every time. As he has help from Gordon and Korver who is very streaky lately he can create more than score. He should bounce back though .Now i've put full concentration on Boozer for the trainer and hopefully he can come back sooner than expected

Rose's show at Madison Square Garden helps the Bulls get the win over the Knicks

Derrick Rose,who had a fantastic night at MSG today

Kobe had 61.Lebron had 52 and alomst triple double.Michael Jordan had 55.Now Rose scores 54 and 11 assists with a double-double,and takes his place on the list with the Top Performers on Madison Square Garden.Not one month after the Historic Game Opener against the 76ers,when he was the first player,after Abdul Jabbar in 1975 with more than 50 points and a triple double,Rose writes his name with Gold Letters along with MJ,Kobe and Lebron's at the MSG.
In a match were all the 12 Bulls' players scored,Chicago took the easy victory ,showing that they have to be considered Championship contenders,with Boston the only team in front of the Bulls.
Bulls had also Noah,mr Double-Double,in a great day again,with 12 points and 15 rebounds ,and another double-double.Gibson had a double-double as well with 10 pts and 10 boards
Knicks on the other hand,had Amar'e Stoudamire with a double-double,scoring 23 and taking 11 boards.David Lee,despite going out with an injury twice,had 14 pts and 13 rebounds,with a great effort.Danillo Gallinari had 12 with 10 rebounds having a double-double as well,but the surprise for the Knicks was Eddie House with 18 points and great defence,forcing Derrick Rose to be fouled out and not let him continue his huge game at the mid of the 4th.
"I'm very happy that i played that good,and helped the team to win this game.For me,the most important thing is to win every game and ensure our ticket to the playoffs"Rose said
Derrick was just outstanding today.I believe that the team is playing great,and I hope that you can see in this season who will be the "King" and who won't.Some teams may have the big names,but we have a great and solid TEAM.And we have a superstar as well"Said Joakim Noah,who obviously targeted LeBron James and the Miami Heat Big 3 with these comments,who hadn't the best start as they wanted,being in the 6th spot on the east with 7-5.

November 25:Chicago Bulls (9-2) @ Toronto Raptors(7-5)
Bulls no problem crashing Raptors again at the road

Rose was Impressive today dishing the ball

The Toronto Raptors wanted a revenge for the huge 32-point loss from the Chicago Bulls this game.Not only they were beaten though,but even loss again by a huge 22-point margin from the fantastic Chicago Bulls.Again in this match,all Chicago players scored,proving that all the 12 players can help them team,not only the superstars,like Rose,Gordon,Booze,Deng and Noah.But it looked like the Raptors could get their revenge in the start of the game.Toronto had a 5 to 8 point stable lead all the way till the half of the 2ns.
But the Bulls had a terrific night and with Rose,not scoring this time,but assisting the ball constantly,in a Nash-like game,the Bulls made a 30 point lead(!) at the end of the 3rd.And the lead would be that big,but the Bulls coach decided to rest the starters,and give reserves some playing time.But even if they didn't made the lead bigger,they managed to play great,with Toronto's players struggling,even they had a little 8-0 run to get the lead back to 22 in the end of the 4th and at least lose with a less embarassing margin

Rose was great today,having 19 points and 19 assists playing more than a play maker than the scorer PG ,with creating abillities-but assists were not his first priority,we were used to.Joakim Noah,proved to deserce the nickname double-double machine,having in another game 20 points and 10 rebounds,identical stats with many of his games,shouwing how a stable performer is.Gordon had 25,being a constant threat,and the one who was the scorer for the Bulls at the time of creation of the big lead.

Raptors had Bellineli with 27 being the only ones,along with the great tonight Amir Johnson-who had 24 points and 12 rebounds,who were really trying to save the situation.Turkoglu had 17 and Calderon 13 with 8 assists.
