McKie Wins Over Old Team

Image-114

1st Half:
Kobe was excellent! Dalembert was doing good down low with 4 pts., 3 blks., 2 rebs., and 1 stl. Iverson sucked (no offense lol), only making 1/5 fg's. Kwame was doing a good job, with 7 rebs. and 4 pts. Although, Odom was doing awesome! He had 17 pts., 1 blks, and 1 ast. I subbed in most of my bench in the 2nd quarter, who did much better than the starters actually. Korver had 11 pts., Ollie had 7 asts., and Rogers had 6 pts. and 1 blk. Mihm was also doing good down low, with 4 rebs. and 2 blks. Kobe led pts with 21, Brown led rebs with 7, and Ollie led in asts. with 7. The game was tied, 53-53.

2nd Half:
The Sixers were day-dreaming while the Lakers were scoring. Dalembert and Webber seemed like the only ones making pts in the 3rd for Philly. Iverson finally came back in the 2nd half, and was assisting very, very well. McKie was murdering with 12 asts. altogether. He also had 17 pts. The Sixers kept up a little by making 13/14 ft's, but it didn't help much. Sixers were doing good on d, with 3 blks and 5 stls. George was excellent with 19 pts. altogether. The 4th was a nightmare. The Lakers with Kobe and McKie was unbelieveably incredible  I just couldn't keep up at all  The Sixers left with a tough loss, 130-114.

I can't believe such a weak team is 6-1! Tough loss, I really wanted you to win that one. Rebounding numbers are still relatively low. Good signing too, good luck next game.

Sixers Win In Overtime

Image-134
Image-131

1st. Half:
The best key-matchup of the game was probably T-Mac vs. Kobe. The Sixers were killing in late 1st. quarter, until they got to 2nd. Battier made his first debut with the Sixers, and was doing great, with 10 pts., 2 rebs., 1 blk., 1 stl., and 1 ast. Kobe was, of course, excellent! But don't forget about T-Mac, with 18 pts. and 7/10 fg's. McKie was very good with 7 asts., but Iverson was even better with 13. He had very nice passes. Lakers had 4 blks. and Sixers had 4 stls. Kobe was leading in pts. with 19, but McGrady was 1 pt. behind. Kwame was leading in rebs. with 8, and Iverson was leading with 13 asts. The Sixers were down 1, 59-60.

2nd Half:
Sixers were being crushed by LA. Odom was amazing! Kobe was too, but McKie was the mastermind behind it all. He was finding good passes. But in the 4th quarter, T-Mac and Battier were unstoppable. Also, Iverson hustled and kept up with the Lakers. Dalembert was "really feeling it deffensively" with 2 blks. in a row one time in 3rd. quarter. Sixers had 8 blks. altogether. The Lakers thought they were gonna win, but didn't....which brought us into OT. The game was tied, 108-108.

OT:
The Lakers had a great time with Kwame, but the Sixers killed with shooting. Battier and McGrady would drain a shot from Iverson a lot, with 5/7 3's altogether. Someone made a 3 (I can't remember  ) which had us up by 2. Odom missed a shot, which gave me a chance to slow don time. They had to foul us to stop us, making 3/6 ft's. The Sixers won! Iverson saved them making a foul shot with only 5 secs. left. The final score was 134-131.

Sixers Destroy Magic!

Image-102
Image-95

1st. Half:
The Sixers were all working together with team work instead of greediness. Orlando didn't seem to be a big threat at all, but Francis was killing with fast breaks. Man! The Sixers were blocking like hell! They had 10 blks. altogether. They were also hot with 3's, making 8/12. Both Steve Francis and Jameer Nelson would drive to the basket and make it. No one else but Francis really scored that much. Today was the rookie, Darren Baker's best game yet, making 4 pts, 2 rebs, and 2 blks. Shane Battier had the most pts for the Sixers, with 15. Francis was leading with 18 pts. Webber and 2 other players for the Magic were tied with 4 rebs. 2 people from Philly were tied with 4 asts. The Sixers were killing, 59-46.

2nd Half:
The Sixers were falling apart with bad passes and bad shots in the 3rd qua. But later on the Sixers got back in the groove. Orlando got blocked repeatedly by Darren Baker. Rodney Rogers had a nice game. The #1 higlight is: Webber shot the ball...missed...gets the rebound in mid air... slams it! C-Webb was probably the key player of the half, with McGrady and Iverson on the bench. Dwight Howard was amazing! He would get an offensive rebound and slam it through. The Sixers had 5 blks. this half. One of the greatest plays of the game, besides Webber's, was when of the Magic players were just wide open and could hurry down the court easily...but T-Mac comes outta nowhere and stuffs the player  Altogether, it wasn't that much of a challenge for Philly. The Sixers won, 102-95.
