Game cancelled. Fan threw a beer at Marion and all hell breaks loose. Even worse than the Brawl at the Palace.

My bad. Bosh steals it, passes it to LeBron who lobs it to D-Wade for the slam, game over.

Waiting for another few hours as there are still a couple people who haven't posted their predictions, then I'll post the result.

Monta Ellis gets it, and is denied at the rim by none other than the Greatness that is Joel Anthony. LeBron gets the ball and heaves it at the buzzer but to no avail as Dallas silences people like ZanShadow who claim Dallas to be chokers.

The Greatness is no longer in Miami: he was sent to Charlotte (where Axel Gomez also is) in the trade that sent Blair to Miami and Birdman(who I then traded  ) to NC Domination.

DAL: 113 - - MIA: 112 - - 3OT - - 7.6 seconds remaining

Shawn Marion inbounded the ball at half court straight to Dirk Nowitzki, but out of nowhere, Dwyane Wade stripped the ball out of the air, sprinted down the court, went up for a dunk and was met in mid-air by Monta Ellis! Ellis blocked the shot out of bounds with 3.3 seconds left!

Miami used its final time-out. Both teams made substitutions. The finals lineups were: [Blair, Bosh, James, Jones, and Wade] and [Bogut, Nowitzki, Marion, Ellis, and Paul].

James Jones inbounded the ball, and the ball was caught by Dwyane Wade about ten feet from the hoop. He jumped up and drained the short jumper, stopping the clock one last time at 0.8 seconds! Miami led by one! Wade pumped his fists and screamed to everyone watching, "GOT IT!!!" as Dallas used their last timeout to set up a play. The Miami bench was running all over the court, Chris Bosh was shedding tears again, and the Miami crowd was on its feet, roaring "D-WADE, D-WADE, D-WADE!!!" while LeBron James jumped up on Dwyane's shoulders, nearly flattening Wade. With all the celebration, the Heat nearly forgot there was still another play. Referees had to keep fans off the court for the final eight-tenths of a second, and had to figure out which five Heat and Mavs players were to be on the court for the final play of the season, because everyone was on the court.

Miami substituted James Jones for Mario Chalmers and Dallas substituted Bogut and Marion for Rip Hamilton and Antawn Jamison. Chris Paul inbounded to the only open man, Rip Hamilton. Hamilton's long two-pointer bounced off the backboard, and off the left side of the rim, and Rip sat down on the court with his face in his hands, by which time, confetti was already falling, Heat fans and players alike were celebrating and screaming their lungs out.

Dirk Nowitzki sat on the bench in shock. This was the second time in a row the Heat had overpowered the Dallas at the very end of a close Game 7 in the NBA Finals. He had to will himself to get himself off the bench shake hands with the Heat team, and he came very close to not shaking hands with Wade at all. As he left the court for the locker room, he told himself, "There's always next year."

Thierry (8) and oaski (7) each get points for being the closest to the actual play. Sorry, osaki, Thierry was closer.

I actually had the play recorded on my phone (everything from the Wade steal to the jumper he makes, including Ellis's big-time block), but the video file got fucked up while transferring it to my computer. THAT PLAY WAS SO AWESOME, even though I was playing as Dallas.

You get a point for each correct answer, and I've seen a bunch of correct answers. Quite a lot of guys stay where they are

After this contest, I'll let you guys spend points to improve your NLSCer. The Greatness needs you to run pick and rolls and connect on alleyoops and not be a scrub.

EDIT: Holy crap, there are 32 names on my list.
