This should be a tough game against the Mavs, and a possible playoff preview. Good luck trying to stop Dirk. I think the key is to make sure that if Dirk gets his 30, no one else (like Finley) can have a really good game too. That was how teams used to beat the Bulls in their early years- they said "MJ can get 50, but we're still going to win because nobody else can do anything..."

::In the first::
The game started out with the Dallas Mavericks taking a quick lead and making the score 8-2 but the Kings quickly cameback with sharp shooting and took a 6 point lead, the Kings had the lead for the whole quarter and Dallas was only able to cut it down to four points and the score was 31-27 Kings going into the second quarter.
::In the second::
The Kings were able to contain Dallas and keep the lead for most of the game, the Kings got a little worried when Songaila got injured but after they reviewed it wasn’t serious and he was still playable, Skinner was able to get a buzzer beater to tie up the game at 55-55.
::In the third::
The Kings quickly took a 7 point lead with Amare on fire with 25 points, the Kings had the lead for most of the quarter but it did not last long as Dallas was on fire on defense with 12 blocks and quickly stopped the Kings and made a comeback to make the score 84-86 Dallas, going into the final quarter.
::In the fourth::
The Kings went crazy as Bibby and Maggette combined for 19 Assists, the Kings took a 10 point lead, Dallas tried but couldn’t comeback until the last seconds when the score was 112-109 Kings when Terry scored a 3 pointer to make it 112-111 Kings, after that they fouled Bibby who got 1 out of 2 to make it 113-111. Terry hit another three which put Dallas up by 1 point with ten seconds left, Peja took it up and shot a mid-ranger which went in with 6.8 seconds left which made the score 115-114 Kings! Now Dallas took it up, Terry passed to Dampier who shot the ball over Miller and it bounced off the rim and missed to end the game with a final score of 115-114 Kings.

That was a tough game, congratulations for the victory. BTW, poor Heat, now they have lost Dwayne for 6 days, I doubt they can go to the Playoffs this year.

It's about time Amare has a good game. Dallas's big three (Dirk, Terry, Finley) really hurt you. But you pick up the victory with a one point difference. Good luck against Houston. Will be very tough.

Ya he dominated against Dirk....Terry hurt me the most as i almost lost when he sank two threes in a row to take a one point lead...but then Peja saved us....ya i hope T-mac doesn't score 50 points on me like he did on you... ...i will probabluy play it in a few hours
