it's cool

...from the Chronicles of the 2006 Birdie Project:(info)

cwebbiverson's Charlotte 2005-06 mid-season Birdie Breakdown:
Image
Poor ol' Sit and cwebbiverson , literally "sitting" on the all-NLSC team while
it seems that the rest of the team seems to be doing far better, one stand-out at mid-season is "Laxation" Nibaldi who earns Team MVP honors with a weighted Birdie efficiency score of 20.14 - and his 'reversible' LiveCard is now enabled.

Tapping into the top 30:
This Dynasty instance is currently ranked #29 on the Official 2006 Birdie Board

(view entire list here)

The qualifers:

M. Nibaldi 9.6 rpg (ranks 7th)

M. Nibaldi 1 bpg (ranks 9th)
M. Nibaldi 0.545 field goal% (ranks 6th)

M. Moore 0.284 3 point% (ranks 10th)

Complete 'Birdie Breakdown' coverage AND to see Nibaldi 's' reversible' Live Card clickhere.

cwebbiverson: Other than you sitting almost half of the games, it
looks like the team and the season is going decently knowing that this is
the first year your team has ever played with one another! I really admire
the effort that you've put into your dynasty(the startup time probably
took forever with all the cyberface editing) and that's why I really wanted
to get you in on the Birdie Board for this year! Remember to send your
pstat file at the end of the season and get off that bench!

Mon May 29, 2006 4:39 pm

fuck yeh... rookie of the month and team MVP  Nice to be getting some blocks now, just gotta get those rebounds up to 10+ again and it will be sweet

Go me lol...

Nice work on the big recap with all the boxscores too

Tue May 30, 2006 9:17 am

Aight thanks HonorGlow for the midseason update....JoshD, you are 6th man, not the last guy on the bench, if you were wondering....

I'm gonna shake things up for the next game. The starting lineup will be switched around, hopefully this new lineup will help the Bobcats win games. (Lineup to be revealed in sixers recap)

Also, I've been trying to get as many cyberfaces as I cam for the 2006 draft, as the draft installer has not been finished yet.

Tue May 30, 2006 2:58 pm

Damn, 2.30 birdie pts  (Y)

CK rejected this shot by JoshD

Charlotte January 26 (Ticker) -- This game appeared to be over. After halftime, the Sixers were up 76-60, in a game that looked to be a blowout. But the Bobcats just starting lighting it up. They scored 57 points in the 3rd quarter, 1 shy of the NBA record. Mark Moore and Cyriel Klitsie combined for 76 points, which killed the Sixers. Allen Iverson only had 3 points in the second half. Mark Moore clinched the game at the end with a dunk, and Charlotte will look to bring this momentum into Oklahoma City against the Hornets.

Obviously Kobe was late for the game....theres no other reason why Phil would start Mart over Kobe

Kidd only has one assist, this is new

Will Sit has been signed by the Wizards, who released Donell Taylor. Sit was recently released by Charlotte, and he and Flo Ruf should thrive in Washington.

M. Lepik (LAL) 1 game, 4 pts, 3 rebs, 5 asts, 1 stl
P. Robertson (CLE) 1 game, 4 pts, 5 rebs, 2 asts, 1 stl
A. Watson (DAL) 1 game, 1 ast

A recent Sixers game....

holy shit

NEXT GAME: @ New Orleans/OK City January 27th.

A quick note....can you guys help me with some slider tweaks? The sliders i am using right now are ridiculously unrealistic on superstar and 12 minute quarters. There is too many fouls, and the scoring is outrageous.

You spelled CK's name wrong (I don't know how to spell it, but I know that's wrong). Look at me filling up the stat sheet. :P

Thu Jun 01, 2006 1:08 pm

41 points (Y) Niiiiiiiiice.

Whats your game speed? Mine is 35ish for 12 min Q's, you also should run set plays on almost every possession and Make sure you play real tough D, thats where you slow the game down, by making the other team use the full shot clock.

The FT numbers are actually about right (Y)

Its your FG attempts that are way too high, I get pissed off when the team im playing takes over 90.....

Thu Jun 01, 2006 1:29 pm

Interesting decision deciding to use me as starting point guard.

The problem with me is i don't really have a set position. It's interesting to see how you deal with it.

Thu Jun 01, 2006 6:34 pm

Wow, I'm really, really injury prone (N) .

Fri Jun 02, 2006 8:22 pm

2-0 since I came back.

Keep it up cwebb (Y) .

Fri Jun 02, 2006 11:26 pm

yay, it's Sit and me playing on the same team, awesome :D

what position does he play in your dynasty ? :)

Sun Jun 18, 2006 12:31 am

Hey guys, sorry for lack of updates. I have been busy over the last few weeks, with final exams and vacation taking up most of my free time. Yesterday, I did a simulation on the NBA Draft (With Draft Pick editing included), and it went alright (btw, Bobcats picked 11th). I hope to get the Hornets game in possibly tonight or tomorrow.

Sun Jun 18, 2006 12:47 am

haha mart starting over kobe, he had to have done something to please the coach

Mon Jun 19, 2006 3:29 pm

Looking forward to your updates cwebb, I know all about how it feels to be gone from NLSC for a couple of weeks and then feel like everything has changed :)

Mon Jun 19, 2006 4:57 pm

This was Marks only 3 pointer

Oklahoma City January 27 (Ticker) -- The Bobcats were down 49-38 at the half. Their play looked very shaky. But then in the 2nd half things looked like they were clicking. The Bobcats scored 71 points after halftime, including 39 in the 3rd. But the Hornets stayed with them. Throughout the second half, the teams traded baskets. At the end of the game, Kirk Snyder missed the second of two free throws, and Charlotte called timeout. They went down the floor where Mark Moore was forced into a contested shot that missed. David West sealed the game with two free throws.
