CHICAGO (IL) -- Chicagos Successfull Defensive Home Stay Continued Tonight With An Emphatic Victory Over The Struggling New York Knicks. One Of The Bulls Weakness Was Defense In The Paint, New Yorks Center And Power Forward [Frye And Taylor] Scored Just 4 Points Between Them.
Ben Gordon Had Another Great Night Shooting, Shooting Just 7 From 22 He Ended Up With 27 Points, More Than The 3 New York Front Men [Frye 2, Taylor 2 And Richardson 20] Made Up For His Poor Shooting Around The Floor With 10 From 11 From The Free Throw Line.
Quentin Richardson Was New Yorks Number 1 Offensive Weapon Tonight. Scoring 20 Points And Grabbing 12 Rebounds. Shot 9 From 22 From The Floor Which Included 2 From 6 From Behind The Arc. But Was Very Costly In Some Patches Turning The Ball Over 7 Times.
Marvin Williams Put Up Just 8 Shots Tonight But Still Ended Up With 12 Points. He Took A Back Seat To Ben Gordons Offensive Display. Also Chimed In With 12 Rebounds, 3 Assists And 2 Steals.
Jamal Crawford Played A Tough Game Against His Former Team. 19 Points, 5 Rebounds And 7 Assists. A Very Solid Stat Line From A Off Guard And Needed To Set Team Mates Up Due To Marburys Inability To Pass The Ball Off.

CHICAGO (IL) -- Chicago Was Dealt Their First Home Loss Of The 4 Game Home Stay. Career High 5 Steals From Ben Gordon Wasnt Enough To Spark The Bulls Into Action Dropping Just 12 Points In The Final Quarter.
As Mentioned, Ben Gordon Had 5 Steals, To Go With 18 Points, 3 Rebounds, 3 Assists. Ben Gordons Only Effectiveness Was On The Points Board And Not In Any Other Fasit Of The Game.
Tracey McGrady Had An All Round Effective Game. Where He Lost In Scoring 13 Points, 7 Rebounds, 6 Assists, 2 Steals, 2 Blocks. Also Went A Poor 1 From 7 From 3.
Marvin Williams Had The Only Double Double In The Game. 14 Points, 12 Rebounds. Was Affective Shooting Going 7 From 11 From The Floor, Not Going To The Foul Line At All.
Derek Anderson Made Up For T-Mac Scoring, Having The Game High 23 Points And 5 Assists. Nailing 4 From 8 From The 3 Point Line.

INDIANA (IN) -- Defense Was The Order For Tonights Game. Indiana Failed To Score Past 19 In 3 Quarters, Chicago Had 9 Steals And 4 Blocks. Indiana Had 10 Steals And 7 Blocks. Chicago Prevailing By A Modest 15 Points.
Marvin Williams Doesnt Have To Put Up Many Shots To Hurt You On The Score Sheet. Making 5 Of His Possible 8 Shots And Draining All 4 Of His Foul Shots Ending Up With 14 Points. Also Adding 7 Rebounds And 5 Assists.
Ron Artest Made Up For His Poor Game Last Time Around Against The Bulls With A 22 Point, 10 Rebound, 5 Assist, 4 Steal And 3 Block Effort. Clearly The Best Man On The Court, But In A Losing Effort.
Ben Gordon Trying To Shoot Himself Back Into Scoring Form, And Did So Tonight Going 11 From 25 From The Floor And 27 Points. As Usual That Was His Only Main Effectivness On The Night With Just 4 Rebounds, 2 Assists And A Steal.
Jermaine O'Neal Was The Second OFfensive Weapon Tonight. But Had A Poor Shooting Night For A Man Who Plays Close To The Basket. Going 8 From 24. Had 17 Point, 7 Rebounds, 2 Assists, 3 Steals And 3 Blocks.

TORONTO (ON) -- I Think These Two Teams Have A Genuin Rivalry Now, And If They Didnt Have One Before This Game Then They Do Now. The Bulls Going Up 2-1 In The Season Series Over The Raps In A Double Overtime Score Fest. Everyone Who Saw Minutes Tonights Game Ended Up On The Score Sheet.
Kirk Hinrich had a huge game, scoring 33 points and handing out 14 assists. He also equalled his career high 4 steals. He was very deadly from long range also nailing 5 from 10.
Morris Peterson played the most minutes tonight [57] and didnt waste a second of them, scoring 32 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists with another great night shooting from the floor where he finished with 50% accuracy.
Tyson Chandler had his first 20 rebound game of the season tonight with 22 [7 offensive], he also added 16 points, 3 blocks and a steal. He was productive in his 50 minutes.
Jalen Rose had the best all round game for the Raps tonight with 24 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal and 1 block. He was there when Toronto needed big shots in OT.

We all know the stars carry the load for their teams, but what about the guys on the pine, your 6th, 7th and 8th men? Take time to look at the stats and youll see they have as much impact as the guys starting. Heres some proof.

Chicago Bulls 24 Hour Ticker
News from straight out of United Center is that Chicago have done a deal with the team they will be facing tonight in the Altanta Hawks, which see's Matt Carroll and newly aquired former college star Kerry Kittles off for former bench warmer Darius Songaila.
Songaila is expected to start at power forward tonight, which will move Mike Sweetney to center. 'Its going to be really tough on the kid' Bulls coach Scott Skiles said. 'He has literally only got a couple hours to memerise the sets and plays, we know he isnt going to have a 15 point, 12 reobund night, but we do know that he is going to put the effort in, and im hoping my guys can step up and fill the void Tysons left for now'
Darius Songaila was involved in the move with Andres Nocioni in which the Bulls received number 2 overall pick Marvin Williams, who has blossomed in his new home.
