In short, games are simmed by setting up cpu vs cpu games in 2k and then saving the stats and submitting it to the site. It's pretty coooowl.

Yep, we download a roster each round (a round = 1 week), go into quick match and just let the game play out with cpu vs cpi (i.e. no human controlled teams). Coach mode is not neccesary.

One of our members designed a little batch file that you run at the end of a game and it saves stats of the game in a text file. Submit that to the site and it automatically adds the game to the site with the boxscore/all the stats/etc. There's also "advanced stats" in the game, such as PER, and stuff like that.

People volunteer to sim the games, in general it's expected that all members sim a game a week. But you can either do 0 or you can do 9, up to you. But if you sim games then you get GM pts... which are handy to have for various reasons.
