I left Denver for a few reasons. One is that Denver was basically me alone against the world most nights. Also, Atlanta was built like a team I wanted to run (shooting two-guard, big men who could rebound and defend, and competent backups), but the biggest reason was that I wanted a new challenge. I carried Denver on my back to a title, and I didn't think I had anything left to accomplish there.

In addition to the hair changes, I patch my guy up with bands and the like when he gets hurt (I put a hand brace on him when his wrist got hurt last season, for example). I like to think it's more believable that way.

I'm a few months into my third season, and it's been kind of an uneventful ride. Actually, no - it's been a rollercoaster. Here's the short version.

Image
We've been pretty much destroying the very concept of competitive basketball. We started the season winning 24 straight games.

Image
Our streak got snapped by Houston when I played a lethargic first three quarters. Dammit.

Last, it was a showdown between me and my arch rival, Owen Boone. This was round four and my record was 1-3 against him. He's owned me in the past so this game was a vengeance match for me. I also accomplished a milestone I'd come so close to (like here) - the elusive triple double.

That's all for now. Stop by the new-look Alphasports to keep up with my adventures.
