With newly acquired Brad Miller, Damon Jones, and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute on the road traveling to Oklahoma City, the Thunder had to play one mroe game without their new help. For the first time all season the Oklahoma City Thunder led after the first quarter, but it wouldn't be enough to stop the charging Grizzlies. Gay, Michael Conley, and Darrell Arthur combined for over half their teams points in a comeback win over the Thunder. The 'mini' three of the Thunder combined for 68 of their teams 87 points. Kevin Durant had tied the game up at 87 with 9.7 second left to play. After an timeout the Grizzlies in-bounded the ball to a hot Rudy Gay. After letting the clock run down he faked the drive and stepped back for a surprising three point shot. After the game a defeated Kevin Durant spoke of the game, "I can only do so much."POG - Memphis Grizzlies - Rudy Gay - 30pts/5reb/4astMemphis Grizzlies Top Performers

The debut of the three newest players for the Thunder was overshadowed by a huge road loss and a loss of the young star Russell Westbrook. In the beginning of the third quarter Westbrook was brought down hard by Samuel Dalembert when Westbrook went up for a dunk. He came down hard on his shoulder and an instant 'pop' was heard. The medical diagnosis showed that Westbrook separated his shoulder and he will be out for at least 2-4 weeks. With the Thunder losing this bad on the road even with newly acquired Brad Miller and Damon Jones, this makes people wonder if there is any hope for a chance at the playoffs. GM Casey Lee commented on the game, "It was the first game with our new big man and swing man. I think all we need is a little practice together and things will get better. As for right now we really need Earl (Watson) to step up with Russ out for probably around a month. This will be a true test of our depth and heart."POG - Philadelphia 76ers - E. The Oklahoma City Thunder continue to spin in a downward spiral after a 14-point loss to the New Jersey Nets. The Nets sped off with a quick 13-point lead at the end of the first quarter and never looked back. All of the big men for the Nets dominated down low, whereas Brad Miller was no where to be seen. The Thunder looked confused most of the game without having Westbrook out their to lead the offense. "Going from a pass-first point guard to a shoot-first point guard is hard to adjust to. It will take some time, but the guys will adapt," says coach P.J. Carlesimo. After hearing an optimistic head coach, fans might have been brought back a bit by a heated General Manager in Casey Lee. He sat at the press box for only enough time to say, "Changes need to and will be made."POG - New Jersey Nets - Vince Carter - 25pts/7reb/8astOklahoma City Thunder Top Performers
